Khouri installed a Granite countertop for us and they did a great job very pleasant to deal with hard working family , it has been a few yrs and it still looks greatthanks you and it was a pleasure dealing with you.

Was very disappointed tonight with this company. My father in law passed away last Monday. My mother in law commissioned kouri to etch a picture of my father in law and his dog on a urn. Upon my mother-in-law seeing the urn today she was pleased with the dog etching but, not the one of her husband. My father in law has a very predominate curve in his nose. Kouri took it upon themselves to straighten his nose in their etching. Their etching did not look like him at all. My mother-in-law was asked to come back at 5:30 so that would give them some time to fix. We arrived to view the fixed etching in which they tried to fix the etching , to no avail. The young man etching was some what sympathetic but the older gentleman basically said good luck trying to find better saying come I will give you your money back" and muttering that we should have brought a younger picture. He proceeded to say "we make hundreds and never had a complaint". I find it very hard to believe he has never had a complaint!! He was rude and very disrespectful to a lady who just lost her husband over a week ago. He also told her if she brought another picture he still wouldn't help her because she wouldn't like that one either. His only solution was to give her money back. We didn't ask them to make his nose straight you took that upon yourself

i came in for a quote with sizes and photos. when i returned the next day he increased his price. my son who delt with him said he changed his price also.
