An awesome store finally a toronto location this is a retro video game store and it is a huge improvement over eb games that was here. Workers are friendly and polite. Visited here today and got some games its a good video game store its worth checking out for sure. I will try to visit each month

The employees here are incredibly helpful and patient. They addressed my needs promptly and assisted me with an issue I was experiencing. The prices are great and they have an incredible selection of new and vintage games. Highly recommend.

Overall, an excellent shopping experience! I've been buying games from them for the past 4 years and would highly recommend! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and the store regularly stocks lots of rare and hard-to-find games ranging from classic 8bit & 16bit titles all the way to limited print run games for Switch and PS4/PS5. For example, in the past I've been fortunate enough to find copies of Dino Crisis for PS1 and FFVI for the GBA at a fair price, two games I'd been searching for the past 10 years. Definitely check it out if you're looking to add to your collection!

It's a pretty good place to buy and sell some retro/modern games.The pricing for the games, figurines, merch etc. is decent. Everything is always simple and straight-forward when it comes to selling your stuff here, at least in my case. Plus, the guy that works here is very chill.

I went in today and really liked the store. parking was easy. They had a lot of retro games and some I had never seen before. For example, a Japanese copy of Diddy Kong racing. prices were a little high but if you're looking for something specific I would say to check this place out. They did have modern games at regular price.

Great shop for what you need. I love that they have a variety of older & nostalgic video games from the 90s to 2000s & on.My son was looking for a specific game for the Xbox 360. Anywhere we shop, we always look on our own first & if we cant find what we're looking for, we ask the staff. The man who was here today was very friendly & helpful. He not only looked through his inventory for us, but he called other locations for us. That saved us a lot of time. Thanks!

Not reputable hypocrites.-all bootleg Pokémon white games don’t work-poor service-they will try to get you to buy a good copy for 200 while chastising Amazon for doing the same

First of all I don't think the merchandise at this store is terrible except certain items for example they overprice many things and put a price on anything they can to make a quick buck, they have sold me and multiple other people (just check their reviews on this store and their others if you don't believe me) a game with no game inside. On top of everything the gentlemen working there are constantly talking really bad on the owner and admits to overpricing and the one gentlemen with the beard always looks like and acts like he hates everything about his life and that he has to work their when all i ever see when i go there is him watching stuff on the tv including the other man that works there does the same, and he is always rude to customers including me when i ask him a simple one word answer question. I do not recommend going here if you care about the quality of your games and care about being treated the way you should when you are literally giving your own hard earned money to them.

Poor customer service. It has been a week now, and my order hasn't even been placed in the mail yet. I have tried contacting and have heard nothing back. Very disappointing because they had no problem accepting the $100+ order I made right away.
