Amazing customer service and top notch quality hair cuts, colour and styling!

I tried giving a stylist a chance because she had beautiful work on her Instagram page her name was Ari but the communication was so bad it turned me off. It shouldn’t take 2-3 days to respond back to a potential client regarding location and their service. I booked for July 31st and received a confirmation at 3 mins to 3:00pm I responded back at 4:00 because I was at work and she just never replied back. Prior to confirmation I messaged Sunday morning and she didn’t get back to me until Monday afternoon, I even called and no one picked up. There isn’t a voicemail assigned to the number. If you want a great clientele and want to make money please act like it.

The owner Mariella is one of a kind. She turned a potentially negitive situation into a postive one. Not to mention @hairbytizzWho ALWAYS gives 110% to what she does and i leave feeling super happy with my hair.I highly recommend this salon!

I’ve been going to Mariella for years. Every time I go see her she knows exactly what I need without me having to say a word. I trust her completely. I Fried my hair a few years back (at a different salon) to the point that may hair was breaking off in clumps. Mariella worked her magic and not only did she get my hair back to normal …it’s longer than it’s ever been! Loving my blonde locks. I will never stray again! Professional, extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Salon Halo is my go to hair essential.

Salon halo is amazing. Mariella is an expert with colours and cuts. Her staff are amazing. Every time you go in for a hair cut and colour you come out feeling like a million bucks.

Salon halo is the only place I trust to get my haircut. I drive from mid Toronto to get my haircut there and even with the long commute, every-time is worth it. In addition to this, Mariella and her staff always create an uplifting experience that can't be found at any other salon. If you're looking for a consistent hair cut this is the place to go.

I am writing my feedback about the experience I had with Ariana's service here because she didn’t respond to my messages after I received the service. The first time I contacted her via text message never got answer, second time chatting through IG and setting a day/time, we set everything but she forgot to send me the address or the name of the salon, third time, she didn’t confirm until 12:00 am before the day and still no address or name. Fourth time I finally could get an appointment, I came for cut and potential highlights. She suggested it takes 3-4 hours, it took 6 hours. I like the highlights and color, but the color wasn't evenly applied to my hair. And the cut!!! the cut is messy and hugely uneven and shapeless. I have had at least with 5 different curly hair stylists in GTA during last 3 years and never had such an uneven, and messy cut that I even cannot style. On top of that the bleach left too long on my hair, and now it is so damaged and dry that nothing can help it. (I feel she left the bleach for too long (3 hours) because she had another customer while she was aware that I was looking to do highlights and cut.) On top of that she didn't tell me I have to pay with cash/etransfer ahead of time.On top of that, she deleted my comment and blocked me on IG after I wrote the feedback to her.I really hope you improve your services in your Salon! at least to be responsive to your customers!

Everytime is a great time. I have been using Salon Halo for years. And I will continue to for years to come. You are treated like family, they pamper you, they feed you (literally - delicious treats) and they make you laugh the entire time. The relationships between staff members are amazing, the service is always flawless with Tiziana - @hairbytizz on Insta, and the customer service is outstanding. Highly recommended!
