Excellent service and prices, the owner is very nice and professional. Bought a refurbished Lenovo just like new. Came all the way from Mississauga but never regret the 2 hours and 20 minutes trip. It was really worth it!

Amazing service!Went with my sister's slow but pretty new laptop to upgrade the RAM. They looked at the system and pointed out where the issue was. It wasn't the ram but the hard drive. The owner suggested I keep the RAM the same but change the hard drive and it would be fine. So I did and it worked perfectly fine. I was so impressed with their level of integrity and honesty that I ended upgrading the RAM too and brought in my personal laptop and changed the hard drive on that too.Prices are competitive and these people are knowledgeable, honest, and caring.Will go back for any computer related issue without a doubt.

Have been a client of these wonderful people for over fifteen years now. I keep coming back because I know it is the place to come to for service and reliability and helpful advice. Warranties are always honoured. I bring units in on a regular basis and they bend over backwards to provide service immediately whenever possible. Pleasant friendly service. I never hear any bad language from any of the employees and I never hear angry people working on computers in the back of the store. They are unsurpassed at providing notebooks and desktops off lease. I send some of my clients to them and I only hear good reports from them.

They detected the symptom and provided options guiding me through the right decision. The cost is very reasonable. Now my laptop is very fast especially with video editing and animation. I've been coming here for refurbished laptops for over 6 years now. Can't complain about the prices and quality you get.Just had my laptop recently repaired and I can't thank the owner enough. Prices are fair and quality is great.

A year ago I drove all the way from Etobicoke to this place to get a specific refurb'd macbook that I needed .. they were flex about the price & transferred my data at no cost .. during copying they discovered that there was an issue with the laptop battery and gave me the option to get a macbook with a diff spec or wait until they ordered / installed a new battery. I went with the new battery (so they adjusted the price a bit) & a year later I am very happy, have had zero issues.Ravi was super honest, helpful, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this business if you are looking for good people, reliable service and a good price on a used macbook.

I bought a Thinkpad T420 from here it was a refurbished laptop. It only lasted me 6 months as one day it all of sudden stopped working. I tried to avail the warranty as on the receipt it said 1 year parts and 2 years labour warranty. Yet when I called and emailed they said only 60 days for refurbished. What's frustrating is other computer stores offer 1 year warranty on refurbished laptops yet this place offers 2 months. Will not be returning as I've come across better service than this store.

Owner is fair and has good pricing. I requested some adjustments to the model I was purchasing and he was very patient when I ended up going with a different unit.
