I loved everything about my visit with this store & especially my Assistant, Amy. She was helpful in ways I didn't even know I needed! She was genuine, kind, knowledgeable, honest which I completely appreciated in choosing a dress which would truly compliment my physique best! Amy is a consummate professional who still feels like your own personal wedding stylist extraordinaire. While I didn't catch the name of the other stylist who mainly assisted a separate wedding party, I was impressed at the way she & Amy were able to support each other, and their separate party's in having a most enjoyable & productive appointment. Amy helped me find my perfect Mother-of-the-Groom dress & feel just beautiful & comfortable inside it! The price was very reasonable. She also helped me see how to bring out it's beauty even more with the best accessories, including a spectacular belt. Before this visit, I would've denied my ability to locate my perfect dress so easily, but I would've denied stronger that I would also feel at my age of 50, like a princess inside it! THANK YOU, AMY. I felt like a spent time with a long lost friend that day.

I can not say enough about how fantastic Sadie was!!! She was patient, caring and most of all fun! She made the experience so enjoyable and walked me through every step of the process while making me feel so comfortable! The environment is intimate and so inviting. Thank you thank you Sadie I can’t wait to wear that beautiful wedding dress!

After a devastating experience with another Bridal shop I called and set up an appointment to come in and look to see if I could find something I liked on short notice to replace my original dress from a different shop that they ordered way to small. I got in right away and my consultant was amazing!! She knew what I was looking for and we found my dream dress!! Way better than the original. The time and attention they gave me helped settle my shot nerves from the dress stress and I said yes!! Can't wait to walk down the isle in my perfect dress!!!

As a plus size bride I had the most POSTIVE experience with Eternity. I had negative interactions at other shops and I was starting to worry that I was going to end up in a dress I didn't want. But not at Eternity!! The staff were welcoming and listened to what I wanted, friendly, so body positive and not to mention the selection! I purchased my dress with Sadie in October 2022 and just had my first fitting with Larissa, the in house seamstress and she was just as great and most certainly knows her stuff!If I could shop all over again, I'd go straight to Eternity first!

I loved this shop! Jackie helped me so much and I found my dress here! I looked for weeks to find one, I went all over Burlington and couldn’t find anything I even remotely liked! I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the girls were amazing. They made me feel like I was home. Very highly recommended!! I will be sending future brides your way.

I had the best bridal experience here ever! They went above and beyond for me! They brought me a dress from their other store, she pulled dresses for me that she thought I would beautiful in, which I didn't get at other bridal shops. I had the whole store to myself so they really make sure all their attention is on you! They even had the dress that no other store in NY had not even Klienflieds! Worth the drive definitely get your dress from here!

Sadie was amazing in helping me and my daughter find our bridesmaids dresses for my sister's wedding. She took her time and made sure we had the right color and we were happy with our choices. She didn't make us feel rushed at all. Eternity had a great selection to boot!

Having shopped multiple bridal shops in the Saratoga and Albany area and not having the best experience, Eternity Bridal and Boutique was a breath of fresh air! From the moment my daughter walked in the sincere customer service and attention that was given made shopping for a wedding dress a memorable experience. The selection of beautiful wedding dresses was outstanding and you have an abundant amount of room to try the dresses on unlike other bridal shops. Never felt pressured or rushed in any way. We returned and she said “Yes to the dress” Well worth the drive North. Make the trip. You won’t be disappointed.
