We decided to do an entire top floor renovation on our home. We hired Lacey based on their reputation and we were not disappointed! Quality of work and level of professionalism was amazing. Simon walked us through every step of the process and was always available when we had questions or needed advice. Nits was our daily on site go to guy, he went above and beyond no matter how many times we changed our minds or added on to our project. I would highly recommend Lacey Construction especially if you are looking for quality work and top notch service.

My family and I hired Lacey Construction to do a major renovation on my fathers house. An entire new kitchen was designed and installed, the main staircase and railings put in and various other tasks needed to pass a final inspection from the City. The project was a complete success! The quality of workmanship met a high standard. Communications with management went smoothly. The project was completed on time and within budget. Great company to hire!!

We had used Lacey Construction for our recent duplex development @ Sasquatch Mountain Resort. After hearing great things from the people at the Fraser Valley Regional District as well as people in the community it was a no brainer to have them build our project. I had personal dealings with Erik, Lesa, Claire and a few others on their team and found they were very professional, punctual, responsive and helpful. We finished the project in November of 2019 and I find myself still talking to them occasionally because they are such wonderful people. Our home had 1 or 2 minor issues after completion and Team Lacey was there in a heartbeat. I highly recommend using them, Even the app they use to allow you to see progress is impressive. I loved being able to see photos without even being in the area! Thank you Lacey Construction!

Ive had the opportunity to work with Lacey Construction on many custom homes. We are a supplier of log and timber components for some of their specialized projects. Working with such a motivated, well organized contracting company is such a pleasure. From start to finish all details are taken care of, clients are kept in the communication loop as well as all the trades involved. Job sites are always kept clean and organized. Erik and his team built my cabin a few years ago up on Harrison Lake, they did a great job, pricing was on par with the remote location. Being a contractor myself having to hire another contractor was a very hard thing to do, but the team at Lacey made it a great decision. Would highly recommend.

We met with Lacey Developments and immediately felt comfortable with Simon and appreciated his helpful suggestions and friendly manner.Lacey’s designer Tanya helped pick out our tile. Utilizing Tanya’s expertise made the process of selecting tile a focused exercise, preventing us from being overwhelmed by the numerous choices.The entire team, from the start to the end of the project were professional, considerate, and highly skilled. Although every person who worked on our bathroom was excellent, two people were outstanding. Drew, the tiler, did an amazing job carefully matching the tiles to create a “flow” from one tile to the next. Kevin, the on-site foreman, not only worked closely with us, keeping us informed as to the timeline, his own skills were top notch. From start to finish it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Lacey construction. The communication starting with Lesa who first answered my email to Simon who spearheaded the project was excellent! Others include Kaylene who was a regular contact person and finally Ryan and Riley who did the work great job! If I missed anyone my apologies. We used Lacey to add an extension, extending the roof-line over the new addition and painting the exterior of our home. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects. Lacey is extremely professional and knowledgeable.
