Before you can get 10 words out of your mouth you're informed you're getting a $125 dispatch fee. Not sure if that gets rolled into the total price because the call didn't get that far. I knew i needed someone to come out and I know that its probably busy this time or year so I called to make an appointment and ask what I should do until then.Sorry but I've never paid anyone for a quote without it being rolled in and I certainly have never been interrupted while explaining my problem and concerns.

We used Jaxon with Heartland Plumbing this past week when our hot water tank crapped out. His customer service is top-notch and was to fit us in a day earlier than other companies we called. He worked til 9pm at night to make sure our family at hot water.

Jaxon is very professional and responsive. We’ve had him to our place a few times and he always shows up quickly and gets the job done fast.He diagnosed through a mechanical inspection that our furnace had a leaking heat exchanger that needed to be replaced and knew about the warranty regarding the parts too. He handled that all for us and also fixed a leak in our piping the same day we contacted him.He’s clearly very experienced and knows his stuff! He always explains everything thoroughly and offers great advice.
