I had a great experience with them today when delivering my new sectional, showed up on time, in and out in 5 minutes and very polite and friendly.

I can not believe how rude these drivers are. I asked to please be careful with appliances and newly renovated home and they dent wall and scratched floor. My lawyer now contacted. The worst. If I could give 0 I would.

They are very friendly and damage the good on time l. The problem is that they cause some stains on my wall while dropping of the package

the delivery men were in and out very quickly. they showed up exactly when they said they would, they did not damage my hardwood as alot of reviews said and they also did not come in with muddy boots like alot of review said . they did not say much which i expected they wouldnt as they are just delivering my furniture. over all good experience.

Baltic Delivery Company - a nightmare. Rude and unprofessional. If you are a female doing renos look out! On Feb 8th, delivery bullies" gouged my deck

Had them deliver furniture, came in with dirty steel toes boots and scratch up my floor. Everything was very rushed and the delivery men were as about as rude as I could have imagined after voicing my concern then they left and will not return my calls. Litigation may be required if your hire these clowns

Do not under any circumstances company! They are rude, reckless, irresponsible and will not take responsibility for damages they inflict. They were rude to the building superintendent and this obeyed his directions about elevator use and boxes. They were rude and disrespectful to me and everyone in the house. They and careless when they brought the furniture in and assembled it they almost physically hurt me( they rushed in so quickly my paralyzed arm got caught in a package and they didn’t notice until I yelled). they literally threw pieces on the floor and drag them over. The day after the furniture arrived I noticed a giant hole in a while then I saw gouges and scratches all over my hardwood floor. Initially, the owner, Bart, Rightly except at responsibility and offered to have it all fixed. The wall was repaired but then he try to get out of the floor repair by saying it wasn’t initially reported when I had the initial paperwork I sent into Costco. There’s such a terrible company I won’t even order from Costco again

They call themselves a delivery company ..they don't deliver anything...rude drivers tell you to come and carry your own furniture down your road. Unbelievable and the most unprofessional in my 40 years in business. Avoid.
