Sid in sales was very friendly and responsive from the hour I reached out to inquire about a vehicle. The finance office was also very efficient. The team was very accommodating and made the purchasing process very easy.

I purchased my Ioniq 6 from Lougheed Hyundai and couldn't be happier. Everyone I met in the sales department (and finance too!) was very helpful and friendly. Before that, the process for getting a test drive was super quick and easy. I look forward to coming back to this location for my service and accessories needs.

The manager (Monica) is a sweet and empathetic being. I had an accident last year and I had complications with my ICBC claim. The body work got done but the front end needed more work causing uneven tire wear. After getting the work done, I needed tires. She recommended to me some tires which were a good choice. She got them in right away and I was able to set up an appointment to get them installed. Everything went smooth. She was able to get that done along with a front wheel alignment within 2 hours. I thought I’d have to pick it up the next day because I had to go to work but she called me just as I was getting ready to go to work. I’m happy with her services and will get my vehicles maintained at her location. Again… She’s sweet and empathetic as any service manager or service advisor should. I used to be a service advisor and she reminds me of what I was like as an advisor. Make an appointment and experience what I experienced.

I walked in looking for a used electric vehicle to give me more range and walked out with a brand new 2023 Hyundai Kona EV Ultimate for about the same price (okay, a hint more) as the used model. I'm not always the easiest customer to please and I certainly asked my share of pointed questions, but Sid, Jason, and Youngjin were all patient and super helpful. They had everything ready when they said they would and I was in my new car in less than 24 hours. I don't plan on buying a new vehicle for quite some time, but, when I do, I'm going back to Lougheed Hyundai. Thanks, guys!
