Fantastic customer service and great pricing. We went for a paddle boarding experience on the river. The staff were very friendly and helpful for us two first time paddle boarders. Would definitely use their service again.

We have rented bikes a few times from Second Nature and it's been mostly ok. The most recent time, unfortunately, we were about 5 minutes late due to traffic, and even still our bikes weren't ready when we got there, so we had to wait for ~10 minutes to get going. It was a busy day and the staff member on the counter seemed to be new, so I am definitely sympathetic to those circumstances; however, a little bit of acknowledgement of the wait or being given an ETA for when the bikes would be ready would have been nice while we were standing there.When we did get the bikes, mine was feeling a little worn out in terms of the brakes being soft and the left shifter feeling very stiff and almost jammed. My partner's bike was ok, for what it's worth. I didn't bother complaining about the bike because I was afraid of a longer wait if I asked for it to be swapped for another one.Not sure if we'll be back. The other times we have come the staff were really kind and made sure we were set, the seats were adjusted, and the bikes were ok in terms of comfort and functionality. This time we sort of felt like we were an inconvenience and had to chase someone down to get a seat height adjusted before we left.Not the worst experience, but far from the best.

Great way to see Fredericton by bike and boat/kayak. All staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Chloe and Alexi were super friendly and very helpful with their suggestions!Great value for money. Highly recommend the kayak down river from Hartt Island. Equipment was top notch and worked well!Thanks to the Second Nature Outdoor team for a great couple of days!

We travelled from Ontario, my wife wanted to go shopping for a couple of hours, I wanted to go for a bike ride on Fredericton’s trails. We both got to do what we wanted. Second nature fixed me with a well tuned 24 speed bike in about 5 minutes and they adjusted the seat to suit. I had a great time riding on trails on both sides of the St John River, and also on the trail up to Marysville - perfect! Friendly staff and good equipment with prompt service! EXCELLENT!

Second nature was an absolute delight. My partner and I were half an hour late to our appointment and everyone was understanding. Safety was a total priority and I felt very taken care of the whole time.I appreciated being told about the small inlet river to paddle to, everything was so beautiful. I will absolutely be back.

Best place in town to rent Canoes, SUP'S and kayaks! They also offer paddling tours and instructional courses. If you have children they offer summer camps too!

We did the rise paddle at the Harrr island resort. I’m not a morning person but this was well worth getting up for. I highly recommend.
