Ray of Sunshine Landscape

Tried to get some work done by this company. They were completely unprofessional. Initial contact was made and they agreed to take a look at my property and get back to me. Then there was a wait of a month or two at which time I phoned back. Apparently it was not a good time so I was told they would get right back to me. Never happened. I called a week later and was told that they simply forgot that they were to call. An appointment was set up for the following week. No one showed up nor was there a phone call. After an hour of waiting I phoned and was forced to leave a message detailing my frustration in trying to deal with them and explaining that I now had to give up. I was not even afforded the courtesy of a return phone call to apologize. This is no way to do business and I would certainly not recommend that anyone attempt to hire this firm. Shameful!!
