And I had some issues with my rear differential after another establishment had done some work on it and I could not get it corrected at that original establishment. I was directed to Andy’s all transmissions to see if they could help me. They were so awesome and understanding regarding my situation and did Everything they could to troubleshoot and repair the issues. The service manager at Andy’s is so knowledgable and so easy to deal with he never made me feel like I knew nothing about vehicles. He took the time to explain things so that I could understand the workings of my vehicle. I also found Andy very kind and helpful and even offered to approach the other establishment on my behalf if I could not come to a satisfactory compensation for the extra costs incurred due to the issue. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs work done on their vehicle. I found them reliable, trustworthy, helpful and overall it was a positive experience.

I had an overfilled transmission problem by a local service provider. Andy and his crew were polite, professional and top notch supporting me to get the torque converter replaced on my F150…. Thanks Andy for your exceptional service!

I wanted to write a review to let everyone know just how fair and honest Andy's Transmission are being a women who knows absolutely nothing about cars.I called my son and explained what was happening with my car. He sent me to his mechanic and they in turn suggested Andy's Transmission was where I needed to go. Andy and his team squeezed me in, discovered it was only failing in 4 wheel drive. They let me know in 2 wheel drive it was working and safe. I was able to see my family on the Island.Since Andy did not have to repair my Transmission, he was honest about that, and in turn did not charge me anything.......not even his time for looking to see what was happening with my car!!!!He has ordered parts to fix my 4 wheel drive and I am looking forward to Andy fixing it. They really took great care of me and my car!!!! Happy to be their customer!! Thank you Andy and your team so very much appreciated!!

There are many car repair shops around me. The reason I went to your shop so far is to take good care of my car at a cheaper price. I went at the time promised with you, but after waiting 5 hours I was able to change my car's transmission fluid. I knew the quote you asked for was very expensive, but I just couldn't go back because I waited 5 hours. You worked on my car for 30 -40 minutes and I paid for the expensive repair cost.If you had any sympathy for me, you wouldn't have done it. I wasted my precious day and I paid you more expensive repairs than other shops. If you, like me, wait 5 hours on the street and get overcharged, you will understand how I feel. I will never forget the day I received the worst service in my 55 years of life.I still vividly remember that day, did you forget me? Shall I show you that I was there?

When I brought in my squealing transmission Andy was kind, cordial, and straightforward. He took the time to show me, and help me understand how a transmission works, which was important for a non-mechanical person like myself. I had confidence in Andy and his team from the very beginning. They did a great job getting my transmission done and in a time frame that worked for me. I have been taking my cars to Andy’s and his mechanics for over 16 years. Ive had separate transmissions jobs on 2 cars , exhaust and air conditioning work , engine diagnostics, motor mounts and front end work done. If they don’t know they send me to the right outfit. Chris came through with a decent price and completion. Chris is dealing with staffing shortages and too much work, like many of us in the automotive world and beyond. This makes it difficult to organize everything but he came through when it counted and my transmission is working now on my 65 Mustang GT. Also, he took on the job when his competitor refused. Thanks guys.
