Walking into the dealership I expected the usual song-and-dance. As well as the typical cat and mouse game.I have to say I can't sing the praises of the salesman Adam enough.He communicated efficiently and honestly pointed out the pluses and minuses -- then he actually did everything he said he would do.The whole process was a comfortable and no pressure experience.This guy should be a teaching a course on how car salesman should deal with their customers.It would go a long way toward re-establishing trust in this industry and ameliorating the dread of having to look /buy a carI will be looking up Adam again in the future
