I was in yesterday, the young man who took my order, didn’t greet me at all just stood there looking at me waiting for me to order. I had to repeat what meat I wanted. He shuffled the sandwich over and looked up, again not saying anything. I asked for cheese. Finally he said “toasted?” I said no. Again, same thing happened with veggies, he stood there waiting for me to say what I wanted. He wasn’t very friendly, very quiet and didn’t have any hustle. I totally understand that some people aren’t people persons but don’t get a job where you are dealing with the public if you can’t be friendly, talk to customers and even smile. His hair was up and very messy, I received a small line of mayo and asked if they had more, but there was none which seems odd. I’m a bit worried that he seems very unhappy and miserable and I hope management takes the proper time to talk to him and make sure everything’s ok. I only work in lake country once or twice a week but I think I’ll wait to go to the subway closer to my home next time.

We were greeted with a hello as we entered, our sandwich artist was wonderful and made great conversation while still being able to create sandwiches. Hearing how the owner taught the U cut made my day as sometimes that’s just the best way to hold toppings in.

The worst Subway experience we have ever had and we ALWAYS eat at Subway! We have never visited this location and would highly recommend not going there. It took nearly 20 min for 2 subs. The lineup was up to 6 individuals and after we left there was 8 people. The 3 staff members clearly did not work well together as I had to let one themknow that my sandwich was up next to be placed into the toaster. Honestly, we did not know there was a 3rd individual until she came out to the front of the store.

That kid Ryder that works at this subway is the best thing ever to happen to this restaurant. He hand makes every sandwich with the love of Zeus himself. He adds the perfect amount of sauce and veggies. Everytime I eat a sandwhich He makes my mouth loves every bite. It was a pleasure to both eat his sandwiches and write him this review

My brother, sister-in-law, niece, and I all grabbed subs here six days ago. There was a teenager working his first shift here. He was really really slow but he was trying really really hard to do everything properly. It was the first sandwich he made, I think.The woman working there was extremely efficient and friendly with the customers.I am just glad there's a business successfully hiring people!I recommend this Subway if you are in Lake Country for the day.

Ok normally every time I have come to this location it’s always been amazing the employees always went above and beyond for us. But tonight after a long day I wanted to take my hubby out as we haven’t had a date night in awhile. We noticed on the door it says closing at 8 tonight. I guess when we went in it was 4 mins after 8 but the guys let us come in anyways. My hubby ordered a steak chicken ranch something or other. And I ordered a steak and bacon. Both of us wanted double cheese toasted and the works. Got 2 cookies and a drink. Anyways the total came to 39.43. So we get out to our car.. STARVING! Have a bite or two of my usually delish sandwhich to realize I had no cheese, Raw bacon, absolutely NO Veggies and my usually delish sandwich tasted like A$$! My hubby said his was delicious but noticed he had no cheese and to me it seemed like his sandwich was double filled. I’m going to ASSUME he had what was supposed to be on mine. Our meal was NOT worth the $40 I spent. Get it together night shift.SignedA pi$$ed off Customer!PS I think the pic will tell it all ggrrrrowl
