Best Taco Time on the island! I drive from Saanichton to go to that one only. Make sure you tip them well! They work hard and always make sure the order is correct. I have a big family and order big orders and everything is always perfect and nothing missing!

Horrifically expensive for the quantity/quality of food you receive.They nickel and dime you for everything; want another packet of hot sauce? a paper bag for your food? - that'll cost you and, yes, they expect a tip as well. 20 bucks for three little tacos and a small box of lukewarm tater-tots....yeesh!

So! Ordered on Skip the Dishes for pick up! Skip the dishes tells me to hurry as my order is ready for pick up! I get there and it’s not ready. We were 12 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff sat there looking at me like I’m stupid! Then we get the order finally and take it home and the Mexi fries were not cooked and no hot sauces in the bag when there should of been 6! Asked for ketchup on my burrito and nothing! I called them and the guy sat on the phone saying nothing! He didn’t offer any solution and so I am here to say do not go to this store! Go to the Hillside one as it is MUCH better!

Not really sure why half of the dining room and the bathrooms were closed off to what seemed to be an open staff room and an utter mess. Ideally the bathrooms would be open for customers to use. The cashier was also quite rude when I was asking about how burrito bowls worked and what choices there were. Overall very poor visit with staff who do not care about the business. The machine also asked for a tip - I’m all for tipping and usually tip a decent amount but I’m surprised they even ask for one while having such awful customer service and zero cleanliness of the restaurant.
