Ordered food through uber. The worst you can ever have. I ordered chicken strips and fries with gravy. There was no gravy . Instead of large fries the quantity of fries was not even similar to small. Chicken en strips were not even warm. Nothing in the order was a bit something like what I ordered. Never went to that store but i bet the services would have been the same there as well.

Horrible service, rude employees. Old food and the blizzard is like having soup. Then they get mad at you because you asked for a refund. Then they take your blizzard put in in the freezer and serve to the next person! Omg!! Disgusting and a huge health concern.

The food here is alright. Just a heads up to any hospital staff that want a late night snack, there's a cashier that never gets the price right. Gave him a coupon for a 7$ meal and tries to charge me 10$. Asked for a small shake and charges for a medium. I don't like arguing you know? If the manager sees this review, know you got to train your cashier's properly to use coupons and hear orders. Otherwise you lose long time customers.

I went to this dairy queen and tried the buffalo chicken sandwich, took two bites to see that the inside of the chicken was literally raw. Glad I didn't get salmonella!

Sketchy as all hell location but the dipped ice cream cones are my go too everytime. A small dipped ice cream cone is practically a large size to be honest!

Usually a great location...but attempted twice to get a burger without mayo and twice was given a burger with mayo (although they did manage no onion) - this person is extremely allergic and gets very sick when eaten (luckily only had one bite - fingers crossed). I did double checked to ensure both the on line order and the receipt said no mayo. I did receive a refund, but just very disappointed...usually this location is spot on....not sure if we will be ordering from here again...

This DQ is pretty disappointing. Feels like every time I come here there is a let down. Just got a dipped cone and was handed a lumpy, patchy cone, with ice cream already falling down the sides. Was all over my hand, car and shirt before even leaving the parking lot. Also, I get the area is roughy but the state of disrepair that this location is in…broken windows with exposed glass and very dirty all around, makes you question the cleanliness of the food prep areas. Also a bit pricey these days too.

Just popped in while walking home to have a burger. Did not realize it was 2 minutes to their closing time.They were very polite and let us know, my friend had her new born baby with us, that they were closed now, 30 minutes after close and that we could take our time.Top notch people.Only downside, washrooms were out of order and no WiFi.

I’ve yet to get any consistency with this store. They won’t give straws, napkins or cutlery even when reminded. The pretzels are my go to because they should not be able to mess it up but they will never warm up the cheese and it’s usually freezing and you can’t dip your pretzels in it. They refuse to clean the drive thru window. It’s filthy and the same gross food or sauce that’s been on it for 2 years is still there. It’s just a bunch of kids working there but there must be someone there that can inspire some pride in these kids. It’s also so overpriced.
