Old Style Barbeque
Third trip to Old Style and they never disappoint on the cook. Perfection each and every time. This time around we doubled up on the pork doing the pork belly bites and some really meaty ribs. Great bark and perfect fat rendering and just the right amount of smoke.I do wish they offered up more sauce with their ribs that little cup didn’t make it through 2 of the 6 bones on my plate. Also wasn’t a fan of the sauce that came with the bites, would have preferred a different bbq sauce than the buttermilk dill? (Just guessing here)#BBQ #RIBS

Holy cow, unbelievably good food! Having had Texas bbq, it’s insane to know that a place in Bath beats some of the world renowned spots! An absolute must try and worth a drive from any location to try their menu.

These guy are great. The food they serve is out of this world. They can be found most of the time at Makinnon Brothers farm serving their bbq'd goodies. So grab you meat eating friends and head out there. You will not be disappointed I guarantee it.

Old Style BBQ is the real deal. From the sides and the little things to the ribs and brisket this is the best BBQ around!!! Not to mention the Texas Twinkies…jalapeños stuffed with homemade sausage and cheese wrapped in bacon and smoked!!! The only thing better than the food is the people who created it….Matt and Lily. Whether they grow the ingredients on their own farm or support other local farmers you can be assured the have the freshest local product around. I cant say enough about how knowledgeable and welcoming they are. Go to MacKinnon brothers brewing. Grab a delicious beer and enjoy some of the best Texas BBQ you will ever have from some of the nicest people you will ever meet.

We attended McKinnons yesterday and unknown to us there was a wedding planned.The ladies at the food truck accommodated the 5 of us in very fast order and prepared a tray of assorted meats ,buns and sides. UNBELIEVABLE!! Every bite was delicious and the servings plentiful . Authentic Texas style; salt, pepper & smoke combined perfectly. The best bbq chicken I’ve ever had! The twinkies are also a must try. Great location, lovely folks.
