Making a return today, to find 6 people in line ahead of me, one person working till. Employees wandering the store & talking to each other. Teller had an issue with customer, still didn’t call for help. Finally a worker opens a 2nd till as slow as she possibly can.Seriously, this store is always full of staff But never has anyone at the till & clothing is always a disaster. Can’t even imagine shopping here during the holiday season.

Usually I love shopping here. Bright store, typically friendly staff and generally clean.But my most recent experience has me frustrated. Could barely access the baby change table in the washroom because of a split open package of paper towel just sitting in a pile on top of it. What’s the point of a change table in a family friendly store if you can’t use it?

You get good quality (for me it's great as I'm not into super fancy things) clothes at a very reasonable price. Maybe more than what you pay for, if you buy at a discount or use coupons or cashback points (by enrolling).

When I was coming out of the change room there were a bunch of employees just standing around the change rooms just talking about personal things. When I placed my items I didn’t want in the basket and walked away I could hear the one employee making very unnecessary comments about me. Not very professional at all and considering how unorganized the store is, clearly they have better things to do/ talk about then actually work. VERY disappointed with this store in particular.

Fine place. It was only when I first saw this place that I decided to come here again. Rejoiced for the very exquisite decoration. If there is a social occasion in your home, it is worth buying from here.

This is my go to brand for daily casual wear. I love that they always have such a wide range of sizes. That tells me about a body positive and inclusive brand. Hell yeah! I buy online mostly but this store is also very well stocked and serviced.

Always great. Service is friendly. Easy spot to shop and never too busy. However there is always an excessively long line at the cash. The cash usually has one cashier. If there are two or more the debit machine that would be great...

Wow! What a dump this store is. My teenager and I walked through the men's section and saw shelf after shelf and table after table just jammed with piles of unfolded clothes. There was only 1 associate I could see working on refolding some tshirts but for goodness sake, get a few more people on it! No one was lined up and there were 4!!! people standing around at the cash when we walked out. We felt so trashy just being in there.We literally drove to the other Old Navy store on Ottawa Street and did our shopping there. Whoever the Store Manager is here should be fired!
