Incredibly excellent experience. As a new patient, I was welcomed with warmth. Top rate facility and equipment; staff were the perfect mix of easygoing and professional. Insurance connections were easily made. Dr. Hanrahan was fantastic, performing a procedure easily and comfortably in no time at all. I'm planning on being a lifelong client now.

Best Dentist I have ever been to. Quick with making appointments, very easy to work with / flexable when it comes to payment and insurance.Work was top tier. Had 2 fillings doen recently and they did a FANTASTIC job. Didnt feel a thing, i could of fell asleep I was that relaxed. And the final result , well it looks like I have NEVER had a cavity !Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a dentist !!

Chelsea is the best! She is so gentle and happy to answer any questions. I was always so afraid of getting my teeth cleaned but I actually look forward to it now.

Most wonderful experience! I happen to have a great fear of going to the dentist due to past experiences, but as a new patient, Dr. Shahin and assistant Elisha made me feel I was in good hands. They were not only professional and diligent, they were also kind, warm and empathetic. They made me feel very comfortable, relaxed and respected me and my concerns. Both went above and beyond what one might expect.Also important, the facility is clean and modern and the administrative staff were warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend East End Dental.

I have had anxiety about going to the dentist for as long as I can remember, but Dr. Missaghian changed that for me. He is so kind, and gentle with his patients, and I won't ever have anxiety about going to the dentist again after him. When he put the needle in my mouth, I didn't feel a THING. He somehow massaged my cheek and I didn't even notice the needle went in. I am in awe of him and all of the staff there. Thank you for everything you do!!!!

1. You cannot let your customers do the Xray first before they see a dentist.2. You need to pay more attention on equipment sanitation. There was blood on the light which was left from previous customers.3. Customer service is very efficient, but lack of sympathy.

Very modern facility. They keep their staff. All staff are courteous and professional. Expert advice, they know exactly what they are doing, they are very decisive. No one is in a rush. They are totally there to take care of you. I used to do renos and installations in dental offices so I have been in a few and I know the difference. Their setup is second to none.

Front end staff was friendly and Dr. Hanrahan was professional and made sure to explain everything thoroughly. Minimal wait time. Would recommend to anyone, especially if you are nervous about dental work.
