Although the University of Saskatchewan's Student Central has some scheduling problems, in every time I contacted them they were able to assist me. I cannot speak for everyone as a lot of peoples issues are unique. However, at least in my experience the Usask staff were extremely patient and supportive. If I could make one critique it would be to change the long automated segments while calling. In getting a hold of someone, it can be difficult when you had already heard it multiple times. Overall though great work on the team that runs Student services.

Student central will not answer any calls and when put on hold they drop your call like hot garbage. I have to drive to the University and this has cost me severely financially without preapproved loans. For an institution to claim to care" this seems to be the furthest thing from it. I wish I could give this miserable institution zero stars as that would be most accurate to their service."

How do they expect me to pay my tuition and fees when they won’t even respond to me about NOT confirming my enrolment for the NSLSC? I have reached out FOUR TIMES. Then I attempt to call them just to find out they’re closed for phone inquiries whenever it’s the most convenient time for me (and i’m sure- for other students as well).

Still getting problems about my confirmation for student loans after studying here for 4 years. Ive called and emailed multiple times and I finally had to storm in to admin and tell them what’s going on which only took 2 mins. I understand theyre short staff but when dealing with national student loans they shouldve better organized themselves for this chaos which happens every year

They’re emails took very very long to reply. All I’m asking is for them to confirm my COE for my student loans and they said that they can’t see it at their end. I called the student loans and told me that they should be the ones calling and fixing it, not me.It’s been 3 months since I’m having this problem.

I have been trying to get in contact for some assistance for a whole week now… nothing. At least a little bit of an update about whats going on in their office would be nice… but nope. As a student from one of the university’s other campus.. its really hard to get in contact with them especially. I hope this problem will be addressed soon.

This place is awful I really can't believe I pay for it. I've probably been trying to contact them for a month or so? No response from my school email, I work and go to school so I can't make the 9am-12pm hours, no drop in, I'm not even sure if they are in person cause zero contact has been made. I'm trying to get my student loan forms signed and find out about some classes for next term and allll this other stuff but the people working this department are easily the most useless on campus. If I could give 0 stars I would.
