Sam from New Creations repaired multiple chipped and cracked kitchen floor tiles for us. The cracked tiles are more complicated to repair so Sam said if we weren’t completely satisfied to give him a call and he would come back. We did call him back and they look great now. He is so skilled and takes such pride in making sure the job is completed to his high expectations. When he books appointments he is prompt and he is just an all round nice guy. My husband and I would highly recommend Sam from New Creations.

Excellent workmanship. Some of my furniture was damaged in a long distance move and every single piece was repaired, restored and renewed, as if by magic. The service was courteous and professional. I was very impressed by the dedication and pride in a job well done that Sam Gupta, the franchise owner, displayed. My experience was very positive and I would highly recommend his service, without hesitation.

I had a great experience with New Creations Barrie. After I was referred to them by zucora (furniture warranty company),I just gave him a call and shared picture of the damage.He answered all my questions and came on the given time to fix the damage.Once completed, he explained how to take care of my couch, so it does not happen again.The quote he gave was right in line, and everything was handled. Sam was very flexible with timing and had the work done on time (BTW..he has a euphonious voice for bollywood songs). Very responsive with excellent customer service.I highly recommend New Creations Barrie for their Professional and excellent repair, renewal and restoration work.

We were affected by the Jul/21 tornado in Barrie and a couple of our front porch pillars were damaged. Sam and his team went beyond our expectations repainting the damaged pillars and they now look brand new ! We would recommend NewCreations for any repair, restoration and/or renewal work.
