Just received our lickmats. Our crew of five big retrievers loved these. Kept them busy for a while, plus they are VERY easy to clean! Now we’ll have to see if Kenny our inside cat will love them as well.

Products are great, but customer service is non existent. There was a significant delay in getting my order (14 days), a long period of time for this company to respond to my inquiry about my order, and then I only got half of my order. I did get an extra lickimat and doggo ringgo and sent an email and a text a week ago asking what to do with that and inquiring about the rest of my order. I have yet to receive a reply.

Best Buddy Dog Products are great! I ordered the lick mat for my Lab and he loves it. Customer service is great. But really you gotta get your dog a lick mat, golden during bath time.

I ordered 3 of the Lickit Buddy suction-cupped mats off of an Instagram ad and it was the best ad purchase I've ever made! My tough chewer tries to pull it off of whatever appliance it's stuck to & fails. It stays in place, sticks to my fridge/stove/dishwasher/cabinets, and all 3 of my pups love it. Keeps them entertained for a chunk of time! The shipping did take a long time, but it was worth the wait.

It took 2 months to receive the lick mats that I ordered. The company answered 2 of my emails (when it had been 2 weeks and when it had been 5 1/2 weeks since ordering) and said they would look into what was going on but never got back to me. They didn’t respond to the other messages I sent after asking to cancel my order. They finally shipped when I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I finally got my order but they are a pain to clean and definitely not worth the wait.

I'm a vet tech turned dog trainer, and I highly recommend LickiMats for all dogs, especially anxious or reactive dogs. The LickiMats do truly provide a level of calming that really helps them.We love all LickiMat products, but especially the Soother since it takes a bit longer to lick. These are also super easy to prepare ahead of time and then have ready to go on hand in the freezer when the need arises. You can use treats like peanut butter or cream cheese or healthier foods like canned dog food or a blend of meat/fruit/veg. These are super customizable.Best Buddy Dog Products' customer service is also great! They are happy to help and provide assistance to ensure you are a happy customer!

Really cool products, I've bought a few things for a friend as a gift since I don't have any dogs myself.I really liked the LickitBuddy Focus because it has the suction cups on the back so I thought it would be really useful.Friend tells me it was a godsend during bath and grooming time.When I move into an apartment that allows pets and get a dog, I know where to go now!Highly recommend.

Both of my dogs love their lickimats! I purchased 2 and a snuffler" that they both enjoy. Planning to get 2 more so I can freeze them for my pups to enjoy on warm days. This shop carries a large variety of products to choose from

My dog loves the lick bowl and the Zeke's treats. We had an issue with one product and it was resolved within 24 hours, and itt was resolved above and beyond what I expected! You don't see customer service like this anymore. Excellent company that I recommend.

In a world where this a lot of fraud and scams I had thought that maybe Best Buddies may have been one of them but I can say they are NOT...they are 100% a legitimate American company. With shipping delays during COVID and the holidays I reached out to Best Buddies to find out about my order and received 5 star customer service. My items shipped out today and I received a personal text message. Not only did they respond that they would take care of it right away but they also followed through with the promise they had made. In my book that speaks volumes of the integrity of a company and its owners. I’m very satisfied with their customer service. As soon as I receive my order I’ll repost about the quality of my items.
