Usually I have only had good experiences here. But the one time I loose my receipt of course I accidentally grabbed the wrong size in shorts for my son. They do not have the right size in this particular style and will not offer store credit or exchange.. Being a retail manager myself I just dont feel like this is great customer service. And I'm highly disappointed.

Basic location and it feels identical to polo park. Almost forgot I was in st Vital.

You can actually move a stroller through this store! Why on earth children's stores are so jammed you can't get even a small stroller through is beyond me. There's usually better sales online than in their stores, but to see before you buy, or you need it immediately, this is a great store to shop at. They've always got a sale going, very rare to pay the ticket price. I buy probably 85% of my 14 month old 's clothes here. And if you live between St Vital and KP and are on the fence of where to go, you'll want to rip your hair out if you have a stroller and go to KP's location. We went to KP the other day, just to get out of the store I had to say excuse me 4 times. You can't get around one person, they need to step out of an aisle. But st vital actually has a roomier store. Far less frustrating!
