I was a first time buyer .I walked in and the store manager greeted me with a smile. I told her I have never even used a real vape before but I wanted to stay within a budget of 80 to 100 dollars because I'm just using it to help me quit smoking. She showed me everything in my budget. explained the differences between each one and how it's good, Was very honest about how some don't work so well. She set it up for me and I was on my way within 15 minutes feeling confident about my purchase. She kept me well under my budget as well! Big shout out to this little store in Rothesay/Quispamsis. They really seem to have customer service down to a science. :)

The best vape mod and supply store in the southern Kennebecasis Valley. I have been to every Vape store in the area, and have consistently had my best experiences at this location. Not impressed. The guy working seemed angry, and was short with me. Don't even get me started on the prices. $30 for a small juice, when up the rd at vapires you can get a tall same kind for $36 and they are kind and great with a smile.

Worst customer service i have ever had! The man there that works during the weekdays was very helpful at first but was very rude when i ran into problems with my and my sons vape...went above and beyond at first but turned into a total jerk....will not be returing there and have made others aware as well to not go there....we all now go to New Beginnings and the are a million times better than this place!
