Dan Poirier and his team are exceptional in every regard! OttawaPRO was prompt, extremely professional, meticulous and hard-working. We`ve had some experience with several prominent Ottawa landscape companies for jobs at our house in the past, only to be disappointed by exorbitant quotes, slow response times or poor workmanship. Dan was a refreshing change - the way he operates is admirable, and establishes a new benchmark for the industry in our humble opinon. We will only look to him in the future, and we recommend him wholeheartedly to others looking for uncompromising work, done in a timely manner.As an aside, a few days after our work was completed, we had a district-wide power outage occur. We have young children, and Dan actually called us to offer a generator - even dropped it off at 5am personally! Excellent workmanship and professional team!I hired Dan and his team to replace some retaining walls and install interlock on my walkway. From day one, I was impressed with Dan's professionalism and commitment to quality. Dan communicates well and is extremely accessible.Dan involved me in the design process, but took the lead in suggesting a plan that would work well with the style of my home and garden. This company was hired by my neighbor a good friend of the owner. He hired them to clean debris off his deck and stone landscaping, then pressure wash both aforesaid.They did a great job doing so for him..but..they blew all the debris from my neighbors property onto mine and the city's property.When I asked them if they planned on cleaning my property up ..one young man with red hair in a ponytail looked at me..quite perplexed.. and asked clean up what?"When I told him all the debris from the yard he was working on is now in my yard..front walk

We had Ottawa PRO Landscape provide consulting, design, installation, and coordination of our two lane, 110’ driveway paving with surrounding interlock, a 45’ by 5’ interlocked walkway / sitting area, and improved eavestrough underground drainage. Dan and his crew did an awesome job and worked non-stop for several days in extremely hot weather and were always pleasant and professional.
