Babys first picture was rejected at the passport office. Went back to redo and just had a terrible experience. Very inexperienced photographer. Very slow camera. Eventually we just gave up and left after SO many failed attempts. Went to an actual photographer and we were in and out in under 5 minutes with now issues at the passport office. I’m out over $20 and they completed wasted a lot of time!
