I like shopping at Roots. They always have sales on, which is great in my opinion. I bought a few things for my son and I. Our bill was over $250. But because they had a 30% off items in the store and we got a 40%off coupon on top of the 30% off items in the store. Final bill was $130.00....big time saving difference.

Excellent service from a very helpful manager. Very well laid out store, with very friendly and helpful staff, who leave you to browse but are close by should you need assistance. Great.

I ordered a sweater in store, for pick up in store. I paid. It never came. No sweater. No refund. The store staff seem to be trying to get permission to either refund my money or provide the sweater, which is now in stock. No luck. They just kept my money and didn't give me the sweater.Seems to be a problem with management.So disappointing this is the level of corporate dishonesty in Canada.
