ADO Endodontic Clinic

I've had Dr. Berthold do root canals on two of my teeth. She does excellent work. I have not had a problem with either of them since. Would highly recommend Dr. Berthold.

Best specialist. Two year ago, Dr. Moyer did a filling for me and it didn't work. Dr. Berthold fixed for me. This year, Dr. Dodds from Downtown Dental did two fillings for me, and it ended up both not working. I have another dentist redid one of the filling and it was still not working. Don't why I am so unlucky with the fillings, but I am absolutely lucky to have Dr. Berthold fixed all of them!

I cannot say enough good things about ADO. The customer service is above and beyond anywhere I have ever been. They are so understanding and compassionate towards their clients, accommodating and quick for treatments. They were so helpful every step of the way when I needed multiple treatments done, and saved me so much time and grief! You will not find a more client friendly dental office!!!

Absolutely horrible, Very overpriced compared to other clinics and staff is terrible. The office manager hung up on me when I asked them to explain the fees to me and why they were 900 - 1000 more than another clinic for a standard root canal. They would not refund me the exam fee either, even though they used the incorrect code and charged me $100 more than they should have. Terrible place and would advise to avoid. There are better and cheaper places to go in the city.

Dr.B is amazing. I had terrible tooth pain and when other places were telling me it was 3 week wait to even be seen, then if a root canal is needed another 2 week wait. I talked to Dr.B and she got me in within 24hrs and I was treated with a root canal in less than a week. On top of her being extremely accommodating (I'm pretty sure she works 24/7), she is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. I hate dentists and the 3 hours my procedure took with her went extremely smooth and I have had zero issues since. I also can not say enough about the wonderful staff she has at her clinic, they are all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well. If you need an Endodontist, I suggest you request her clinic for a referral!
