This review is long overdue. We have been a customer for over 5 years now. My husband and I love the Miele we purchased from them and we even got a refurbished Miele recently. We are satisfied with all the products and especially the service. They are honest and reliable. Highly recommended!

Dealt with John (store manager) upon my first visit and he was extremely helpful. He made an affordable option for me and quickly had a technician come to my house within a few short days once repairs to my central vacuum were completed. The technicians name was Perry. Perry did a wonderful job in optimizing my central vac area in my garage and made a few small improvements during the install. He didn't leave until he was assured that everything worked perfectly. Extremely knowledgeable and customer service oriented. Very pleasant experience, thank you John and Perry!

I was meaning to get a Sebo vacuum from someone, I was pretty sure but not 100% sure. I needed to get in store to see them and other models. I was happy to say that the owner John is really what the reviews say here, someone honest who takes his time for you to try the different models, talks about them with knowledge and won't push you to the most expensive model unless that's what you really want.I'm happy I bought my vacuum from your store, a store where you can try them out and also offers parts for servicing.

Just found this business when I decided to purchase a new vacuum from a local dealer rather than completely online. So glad I did. John was very helpful with making my final selection. They delivered the vacuum directly to my home, called ahead, and even called a couple of hours later to make sure everything was alright with the order. Great customer service. Thank you!

Brought in my Miele S 526 with no power. Read a few repair sites and everything pointed to the power cord. It was Friday afternoon, 16h00 and Perry (the tech) was leaving for his vacation. It was his last day, so I told him not to worry, but he fixed it anyway. Picked it up the next day. Cleaned and ready to go.Thanks Guys! Great old fashion service.

Bought a vacuum here a few months ago and I have no regrets. Owner doesn't try to upsell and just gives honest recommendations. He also gives small tutorial on how to use the your vacuum with care. I'm also glad I can go here to repair my vacuum if anything happens and it's covered in my warranty instead of having to ship it for repairs.

Fantastic and friendly service from the owner John. I had to replace the motor on my Duovac power unit and John had it done within a few hours. Price was even less expensive than if I purchased the motor online and tried to install it myself. Kudos John.

Bad service and overpriced spare parts! Ripped me off with 40$ just because I entered in the store.I went there bringing my obviously burnt motor looking for a replacement motor. They charged me for estimation of already known burnt motor and offered me a replacement motor for 300$(+ labour +tax I guess) for a motor available online for less than 150$.
