IF I could leave zero stars I would!! PREM who is horrible and incredibly unprofessional is awful. DO NOT!! book with them. Tried booking this company and had to confirm THREE!! separate times the date and time needed. I was told everything was good for the day requested... come moving day they do not show up and tell me they do not have my move on the schedule. I shouldn't have had to confirm ANYTHING with them when I booked it should have been done correctly. I REPEAT do not go with this company they are scammers and horrible. I now have to pay triple the price for movers needed last minute because this company has left me stranded.

BEWARE Do not use this moving company unless you want to be left completely high & dry.I booked online and confirmed a date for move. PREM emailed back & confirmed. I verified that we were good to go a week before the move, same date, same time. Text him this time, he confirmed. I even sent him a screen shot of the original email, as it seemed he wasn’t sure if the date was booked. Again, he confirmed. Day of the move, no show. Called & said they would be here in half an hour and that they had gotten the date wrong. HOW? Anyway, mistakes happen, I waited for them to show up. An hour+ passes, still not here (even though they said half an hr), followed up, told me they still would be longer than an additional 20 mins (now 1.5 hrs late) and that maybe I should book with another moving company.The customer service, the accountability, everything is disgusting & terrible. They even tried to place blame on me, saying I had told them the wrong date. Despite having email and text proof that wasn’t the case. The whole experience was incredibly stressful as I went on a hunt for another company who could do it completely last minute. The result being paying more than double for the move on account of PREM’S utter ineptitude.Not professional. Disorganized and rude.BOOK ELSEWHERE

Used them twice and can not reccomend enough. Both times the movers were professional and did a fantastic job with some difficult moves. Pricing was also exceptional and a great value. Will be my first call whenever I need a move.

Very friendly, affordable, helpful, on time, quick, honest. I wil definitely call them again or refer them to my friends. 2thumbs up. 5stars for working hard movers.

I am super impressed with the moving service I received. The team was on time, efficient, fast, careful and considerate with my belongings. I moved from a third story downtown apartment ( no elevator) to a house. The team hussled up and down the stairs with all my 30 plus boxes, mattress and heavy couches in no time. Would defiantly use again if needed, and surely recommend to others. Thanks guys! I am a happy customer. Also, you can’t beat their prices (no extra charge for travel to and from). Well worth it.

I needed to book a move at the last minute and these guys took care of it no problem. They were on time, very friendly and made moving stress-free. Took apart my daughter's bed for me and put it back together at the new place which was awesome. 10/10 would recommend. Very fair rate as well :)

I had them move items from Winnipeg to Beausejour. They were right on time, quick, efficient, friendly and professional. The price was excellent for what they moved. Cheaper then us renting a truck, gas and hiring muscle at both ends.

Braydon and his team were prompt on time and amazing movers! Very polite and easy to work with! If you are looking for awesome reasonably priced movers who care about your furniture book with them!! Thanks again, Brayden and your team! I will be recommending you to anyone I know who needs movers.

The booking process was easy and flexible. The movers were prompt, friendly, courteous and above all incredibly efficient. They were done before the estimated time period and moved things with more care than I would have myself. I highly recommend this company.
