We enrolled into private group lessons with Yulia-sensei before going on a trip to Japan.It was a last-minute idea between my travelling group but Yulia-sensei was able to accommodate our learning objectives efficiently with much consideration.From the planning of the courses to the in-class lessons, Yulia-sensei was very kind, patient and professional.It was the first time some of us had studied Japanese and Yulia-sensei skillfully built a learning plan that helped us build a strong foundation while incorporating our learning objectives.Every lesson, she would organize an activity or game to practice and fortify what we've learned.It was clear to see her passion for teaching as every class was enjoyable and fun.In a span of two months, we learned how to read and write Japanese, along with asking and answering common questions relating to tourism.Thanks to these lessons, we were able to get more out of our trip as we felt we were appreciated for learning Japanese as well!
