Yamaha R700 receiver with one channel not working purchased by our late father. Keith was able to find the part half way around the globe.They're not all quick fixes !!!Highly skilled work and thank you !!!!!

If I could give Keith 6 stars I would. Great guy, great work, great and fair prices. I remember coming here almost 20 years ago with my father to fix an old 'tube tv' and everything is still the same and there's nothing wrong with that as Keith does fantastic work.

Keith did a brilliant job on two old tube amps, one higher end and well worth the reasonable cost. Working great after couple or three years. Last repair guy on the best amp did work that didn't last long. Keith nailed it first time out. Don't usually write these kind of posts but here is a view of work holding up over time. Well done!

Terrible customer service.I dropped off my microphone to Keith for a repair, he originally told me that he would get back to me in a week. When the time comes, I don't get a call. I give him a call and he tells me that he's been caught up with other work, and he'll get it done for me in the next few days and would call me. I say no problem. Next few days pass, I still don't get a call.I give Keith a call to ask him for an update, and for some reason he gets mad at me. Starts blaming me for rushing him with his work and that I keep calling/bothering him. The only reason I'm calling him in the first place is because he said he was going to call me and didn't. At the end he tells me to give him a couple more days and he'll have it done.Next few days pass and still no call for Keith. I give him the benefit of the doubt and wait an extra couple of days. Now, another 10 days have passed and still no call from him. I call him this time and I ask him if he's even had a chance to look at it yet, he says no. I tell him that I'm just going to pick up my microphone and take my business elsewhere because clearly my microphone is not getting fixed anytime soon. He then starts blaming me (AGAIN) for rushing him and gives me attitude, even when I'm being completely calm and professional with him. Not once did I ever say anything bad to him.Overall terrible experience. Unprofessional, terrible customer service, impatient, and rude. Go take your equipment and have it fixed elsewhere.

I had a great experience the first time I visited. My first TV was repaired in a timely manner and the price was great. The second TV was more of an issue. It needed a new power supply, which was repaired. But then we discovered that the screen was also cracked, somehow during the process of bringing it in, or in the store itself, it was impossible to figure this out. The store owner never charged me for the power supply for the second repair, but he also did not have a solution for the screen. The bottom line is that my $2500 TV has been in this store for about a year. I have phoned and visited many times, but nothing ever seems to get done. From the research that I have done online, a cracked screen may not be practicably fixable. My TV remains at this location, waiting for an answer...

I brought my Audio Technica for repair on Monday. Keith said the repair will be finished on Wednesday.Wednesday comes along and he’s late. He told me he’ll call me Thursday morning.Thursday morning comes he doesn’t call. I called him Thursday night asking about the status. He said he hasn’t looked at it yet. He promised again he’ll call Friday morning.Friday morning comes, still no call. I’ve revisited the shop 3 days in the roll. Every time he tells me he’ll call me but when I show up. He said he hasn’t looked at it yet.It’s been more than 1 week since I dropped off the mic. I called again. He said he’ll call me back in 30 min. 2 hours later he calls to tell me it’s ready for pick up.When I respond that I’ll pick it up tomorrow. He smirked lightly and told me that I keep bothering him. He’s more than 1 week late but asks me to pay $65 because he said I am rushing him. The mic is worth $120 new.Terrible experience. Please stay away from this shop. He’s late on repair and charges you extra if you follow up with him.

Terrible attitude. Brought my tv in looking for a tv stand (it was previously wall mounted). It took the guy 1 week to check his basement. After finding it he wanted to charge me $55. I kindly said no (because to me the tv itself isn’t even worth $55). When I arrived to pick up my tv the guy proceeded to give me attitude telling me that I wasted his time. After a verbal spat I left the store completely dissatisfied. I will never go back to this place again. I believe I have the right to refuse his asking price don’t I? **scratches head**
