Phaedra still accepting clients? I've been calling and calling for months and not getting a response. I've been recommended and read the reviews but I can't get a hold of her?

Although I recognize that my review may seem biased, as I was an opposing client, I think it's crucial to share my experience with her, particularly since I represented myself against her for a short period during my case. My primary concern was her tone and manner while addressing me in court at one point. It was both surprising and unprofessional, especially for a lawyer who is said to teach at a university, though this wouldn't be the first time a university instructor has displayed rudeness.Nevertheless, I won't fully criticize her with a one-star review, as there were moments when she clearly acknowledged her client's unreasonable behavior and successfully facilitated fair agreements between the parties. This mainly happened after my new lawyer took over the case, whom I had to hire due to a lack of response from her office about holiday schedules and travel proposals. In the end, she stepped away from the case, possibly because her client ran out of money or they realized I was on track to win 50/50 custody, which, incidentally, isn't something lawyers should challenge when it comes to devoted fathers.Ultimately, I triumphed against the case she represented, which aimed to dispute my claims for expanded access and joint custody. I secured 50/50 parenting time, joint custody, and eliminated daycare since I was working from home and available to care for my daughter. However, I am not keen on lawyers who don't support fathers, and I hope fewer attorneys accept cases that oppose shared parenting in today's society.

Phaedra professionalism and care for her clients is well known in the region. She was recommended to me and also the great reviews here are a proof that she is the best divorce lawyer in the area.When I was threatened by my ex, Phaedra's advice was to get a peace bond and seek help from Victim Services and get shelter as my safety was at risk.My ex Alin Dinu posted a bad review here about her after they had a ONE MINUTE conversation as she was calling him and told him she is representing me in this divorce and suggested him to get a divorce lawyer himself. As he doesn't want the divorce, in his frustration and anger he posted a bad review about this wonderful, carrying human and professional lawyer.These bad reviews should be ignored by people that want their divorce looked after with professionalism and care.Thank you Phaedra for everything you're doing for me.
