Just saw staff member of this clinic, pressed the door button with her nasty shoes. This is disrespectful and disturbing, complete disregard for others health. Someone in wheelchair will come and press the button by hand. The lady was tall with blonde? Hair.

This place is wonderful. I called this location after many many calls at another location but the line was always busy. My call got picked up by them at the first call and the lady answered the call was very nice, kind and patient. She wasn’t rushed when booking me in and told that they had a cancellation so booked me in on the same day. This is a big surprise to me. The checked in process was quick and efficient at the front desk. The technologist who did my exam was very nice and professional too. Thank you everyone for your help! I really appreciate it!

I called this center in March 2021 and they gave me an appointment for July and I arrived on time.But they did not wait for my mammogram after 5 months.Even though,I was in pain and needed a mammogram.

Thankful that they were able to book me on a Sunday. The staff were friendly, gentle and kind. I was in and out in 15mins. Masks were required. I will be happy to return in 2 years to get the necessary squeeze again.

BC Cancer - Breast Screening
I and my mom showed up for my mom’s breast screening appointment and was told that her appointment was cancelled without any prior notification or phone call from their clinic. The Filippino receptionist made an excuse that they are busy in the pandemic and she does not know anything about the cancellation and saying that it’s my mom’s responsibility to automatically know that her appointment is cancelled if my mom did not receive any reminder text from them. What kind of health care service is that when you told people to go home as their appointment was cancelled without any proper reason and you blame everything on the pandemic.
