Ingrid Quintanilla was a fantastic resource for me, she even did a last minute mock interview that gave me the tools, feedback and confidence to land the job that I really wanted, I can't thank her enough. I got help from both the Richmond-Ironwood and the Richmond-Granville centres and I couldn't be happier with the resources they offer. I recommend anyone looking for a job to at least get their resume evaluated and get information on how to conduct themselves at interviews.

My Employment Counsellor and Job Developer are Stephy and Nikhil who were very supportive and patient until I was offered. Stephy organized mock interviews which gave me professional feedback and led me to pass the interview in the end. Nikhil is a proactive and resourceful job developer that I would like to recommend mostly.

May 22, 2023 10:00 am. Worst experience, My son who is special need being coming this location for one year and all they've done giving him the run around he has filled all of the forms and the applications. They have changed workers four times without letting us know and there have been very rude every time he calls them to ask about his case. This office is not helpful at all and they are not there to help people or special need only for able body. My son have applied for over 200 jobs because he is on wheelchair. Nobody gave him a job so we came to this office to get training but they have been giving us the runaround. They were not transparent with us. There were not honest with us and every time they give us difficulties and the runaround. I even asked for the manager of the office and when he came I explained to him the situation on my son have explained his frustration with the office and not being transparent and honest with us in giving us the runaround. The manager was not very helpful at all. He also gave us the runaround answer nobody at Ironwood work. The BC is very transparent or helpful. I don't recommend anybody to come to this place at all. I don't recommend work BC to anybody or at least this office. Do not waste your time with work. BC
