Jonathan went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Hands down best service I've had from any mechanic. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to others with a volvo, I know I won't be taking mine anywhere else.

Extremely knowledgeable about what they do and very pleasant to interact with. They are completely transparent with repair costs BEFORE they perform them, and in my years of experience with them, have always done a very high quality of work for a very reasonable price.

Brought my 760 Turbo beater in there for a bit of service. John was straightforward and friendly, and had a selection of used parts that helped me save a good amount of money. He was always accurate and reasonable with his quotes and rates (no surprise fees here). After my car was disabled, he worked to help find me something new (to me) for an excellent price. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has an interest for Volvos of any era. Expertise, experience, and customer service are all outstanding.

New to the Volvo world I was happy to meet Jonathan and really appreciate the work he did on my wife’s XC90. He was able to flex with my odd work schedule and get the job done as soon as the parts came in. He went the extra mile when it came to pricing and worked with me on it. I I normally try to do as many repairs my self as I can but I won’t hesitate to head back to Jonathan’s in the future. I couldn’t say enough good things about these people or this place!

Had my s60 in for some very hard to define issue with the brakes. Jonathan took the time to understand the issue and then drove the car multiple times to try his best to identify the root cause. The problem was solved. Very impressed with the passion and honesty at this place. It will be the only place i'll take my volvo for service from now on for sure.

Brought my Wife's S60 for a headlight washer pump 10 years ago . Apparently the mechanics forgot to plug in one of the fog lamps when they removed the bumper to change the pump. On the way to work next morning I stopped by JSCR to ask why the fog light was not working . Jonathan wasn't at shop yet but his mechanics were in . I asked them to see what it could be . They replied ! Probably the plug on the fog lamp was not seated and was a bad connection. They fixed it in 2 seconds . Suddenly Jonathan came to work and instead of asking what was going on . He started spazzing out on me , telling me I was wasting their time . I am twice his age and I felt belittled. I have 4 VOLVOS and been going somewhere else . And been very happy . My 850 N.A. has over 600,000 kilometers and still runs like new .It had 300,000 when I stopped going to JSCR . Why this review after 10 years . Well it's still upsetting to me when I think about it . Hopefully Jonathan will see this review and become a better human being . NOT too late to apologize.

This is a nice gem for Volvo owners, especially those with older models. Jonathan and his team REALLY know everything about what’s inside a Volvo and what to fix if something isn’t working. Fast service too! Took my 2011 XC60 for some minor stuff, and they took care of it quickly. Rates are very good too.

Favourite garage. My car is always fixed properly so I can get to where I need to go. Great staff. Clean space. Johnathan will take the time to explain what is needed. Good value.

My wife and I have been coming to JSCR for at least 7 years. John is a straight shooter who gets the job done. I have never had to worry once, if they were going to do a good job. That's because the mechanics Sandor and Eric are men of integrity who take pride in what they do. They are the unsung hero's of JSCR. Cars break down thats a fact and they cost money to fix. So when I had a problem with my Volvo I brought it to John because of the experience. I got to check out cool cars, learn about Volvos and hang out with three cool dudes. thanks for the good memories. Jonathan’s provides top quality work at extremely competitive prices. They are a highly competent and extremely trustworthy business. I would not take my Volvo anywhere else. I trust them implicitly with my 07 V70R.
