One word summarizes the product and the company: GARBAGE.Bought AX3000, doesn't work. Not the end of the world, I contact support. After 25 minutes of wait on the phone (chat is terrible by the way just bunch of links) I get someone who literally offers no support and when I say its easier to return the product than going through this support" he agrees with me! The call ended under 3 minutes!I dealt with my fair share of calling support. Yes the wait times are annoying and many companies are slow to answer. However

First two installation attempt using Tether app failed. It stated phone should be closer, Phone was 6 inches from router. Third attempt finally stated fully installed. Tried to access internet on both PS4 and PS3. Despite repeated attempts no internet. Both of these devices are only 5 feet beside this router. Reconnected 10 year old Netgear router. Internet was once accessible on both devices. Despite positive reviews, very disappointed. Returning this router back to Best Buy. Considered phoning Tp Link, very limited hours. Not convenient at all. Will not purchase TP Link again. The router is a Archer ax11000. You obviously didn't read my review. I stated the app said router was FULLY INSTALLED. STILL DIDN'T WORK! Not frustrated at all. Returned to Best Buy problem solved.

Tech support took a few emails back and forth but as soon as defect was confirmed they issued an RMA that was processed right away. Just follow the instructions to avoid delays.

My new c5400 router stopped working recently, contacted them Sunday 5am on chat support and they gave me an RMA immediately. Got it exchanged here, at their nice office, no questions asked, outstanding customer service!

Do not purchase any products made by this company! You should know that TP Link Canada requires that you return any defective products that are under warranty, at YOUR EXPENSE?? Seriously??In my opinion, this is done to discourage any warranty claims. Typically Canadian poor service. Buyer beware, stay away!!Update: TP link decided to forego the returning of the defective device before replacing it with new smart plug. Their customer service rep Tyler Cheng really came through on this! Thank you

I bought a TP-Link wireless adapter, it was $10, and it stopped working after a couple of months. Garbage product, unreliable, waste of time trying to diagnose to fix it, customer support would not replace it either. For those who are thinking about buying a TP-Link product, save yourself the hassle and your money and get a different brand instead; if they cannot even make a reliable simple wireless adapter then would you rely on them for a router or other networking gear? Don’t do it!

Purchased TP Link Wi-fi extender AC2600 through Amazon. The wifi extender has been cutting in and out since purchased in August 2021. It finally stopped connecting to my router in March 2022, which is within the warranty period. I called the manufacturer and spent over 45 minutes on the phone with them trying to troubleshoot. They concluded that the unit needed to be replaced, and have asked me to pay for the shipping charges to return the defective unit. I'm disappointed that they make their customers pay out of pocket for an item that is under warranty. If I could return this item I would and would not purchase from this manufacturer again.

After chatting with their online support, the faulty $500 AX11000 was sent to their local office for replacement. The device was delivered on July.2nd. There has been no update of the replacement since then for over 2 weeks. I contacted their live chat for 4 times, and the live chat agents don’t know what happens either, what a surprise. I have sent several emails to the people who sent me the RMA request and no reply. I tried calling their office but say it’s closed. What a disappointment of their service and please stay away from their products. Their warranty is a scam!I tried to contact their Facebook account yesterday, and no response so far. Their customer support cannot be worse.
