The Burnaby Home Instead staff have provided excellent care for my aging mother for many years. They have always been accommodating to adjust the services required as my mother's care needs have decreased. The individual care givers are very nice and knowledgeable in handling my mothers medical, peri-care and social needs. I would highly recommend Burnaby Home Instead services to anyone who needs the personalized care for their loved one.

We appreciate the kind and reliable care that mom received from Home Instead staff, both on-site assistants and management. There were days when her set time was not convenient (specialist appts) and alternate arrangements were quickly made. Consistency (same care aide, same time) was worth the cost, as the alternative (different aides, unpredictable times) was upsetting to her activity schedules. It was especially comforting for her family during co-vid that there was reliable help. Thank you, all!

Home Instead in Vancouver has fantastic management staff and good caregivers that are flexible, patient and hardworking. They have helped provide care for my senior friend after her supports were reduced and they really came through for us! Harpreet was able to meet me during covid with safety protocols, patiently explain the services and got care set up easily and with no frustration. The staff make sure to communicate well with me, keep me informed of any changes, and care aides provide a in home journal so I can understand who, when and what was provided. The care staff are kind and responsible, even when things are challenging on the client side. I appreciate that they look out for any issues and report back so I can look into things. It gives me peace of mind to know that they provide companionship among all the other helpful deeds of the day. My friend looks forward to them arriving each day. They are very professional in our interactions and I'm grateful for their help!
