Took over 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. Was very little communication from them in regards to the amount of time this fix was going to take. Good thing I have another vehicle to use. Waited this amount of time to get the car back and it still appears to have the same issue that I took it there for. We will see how it goes from here

Where do I begin. Sales staff lack serious knowledge of vehicles. They tried to pry my back window open when I asked how it opened. It’s on a button, but I guess I should give them credit for trying? Any questions I have they don’t know the answer. The service staff are just as bad, my radio didn’t work properly since I got the truck, had the service centre diagnose the radio and a speaker needed to be replaced. Months go by with no phone call. I just bought a brand new truck and there’s no follow up when you know the radio doesn’t work?! So after 2 months I call them to setup an appointment to replace the speaker and the radio. After I drop off the truck, the service centre texts me the radio and speakers work normally. Yea today, not every day. It’s an intermittent issue. They explain they didn’t document their previous findings and have to order in a new radio. So why did you book the appointment?! Such a waste of my time and money. There’s also been an issue with the drive train of the truck, the service centre said my tires weren’t balanced, so they balanced them. Crazy but it’s still doing the same thing! They would rather make every excuse than fix your vehicle once they have your money. Customer service doesn’t exist at this dealership, and they sell lemons they don’t fix. Please shop anywhere else!

They went above and beyond to help us out and get us in the vehicle we were drooling over! Will definitely be back and will be recommending this dealership to anyone who will listen!

I own a 2017 ram rebel with air ride. The air ride started giving me issues within 3 months of owning the truck.First dealer rendezvous Chrysler in New Brunswick told me there was nothing wrong with it.Dealer I bought the truck from, Barrie Chrysler..., Said it was a problem with a fitting and one of my shocks. Fixed the issue for about 3 months, but the truck never sat as high as it should and would get a slight bounce when braking. Problem returned and truck would be on the ground if parked over night. To make things worst I got a bad wobble and when braking the truck would nose dive. Told Barrie Chrysler, and they said let's not open a can of worms unless it was slanted side ways, wobble was probably bad winter tires. I changed them over to brand new summer tires and got a dealer alignment, wich left my steering wheel crooked. I had to go back in, was then told the new tires were still an issue.I decided to bring the truck into Mac Lang. They kept it over night did the proper testing and had found out the exact cause of the issue. Now my air ride has been working properly for 2 months, no wobble, no nose dive, Fingers crossed it stays like that for the 3 year life span of the system.Highly recommend this dealer, friendly people who will answer every question and do great knowledgeable, professional work.

Recently I Had my Dodge grand caravan serviced MAY 18th 2023, was told by service that manager had taken photos of my vehicles hood (paint was bubbling and paid for under warranty and also got coating to provoke this situation from happening) had it serviced and promised a call within 4 weeks for an answer. It’s now July 5th and made 3!!! Calls to service department with first one stating “I’ll call you back with the status” from an employee named Lisa … no call back, called today and got a voicemail for someone named Julie. Left a voicemail and no call back. It’s been almost a week since Lisa claimed she’d call me back with status of my hood paint repair from the dealership UNDER WARRANTY. I get that it takes time, it’s busy but it’s been over the 4 week time limit they gave me and horrible customer service. I have called numerous times and with no response? Seems to be unorganized. Do not recommend.

VERY nice and friendly staff. They were accommodating and took the time to listen to my ask to ensure it was being done successfully. It has been a few years since my last visit to the dealership and has greatly improved
