Delivered my package to the wrong address, despite the address clearly marked on both mine and my neighbours doors. Thankfully my neighbour was able to retrieve the package for me.

I got two parcels from deserres in mtl they delivered the first one in 3 days and the second one never showed up. Basically they refused the shipment bc of dimensions which is normal my package was huge. The problem is they didnt notify me, they waited 1 week and then they marked it as delivered and had me looking for it. I feel that the warehouse /trucks arent the biggest but I think u have to notify ppl if this happens not literally lie about it and say u delivered, its a system thing u could fix for future reference.

I love in a not so secured neighbourhood and the employee just left the packages outside almost in the rain. I was lucky to be awake (it was 7:35 am) or at home so I could get them outside almost immediately.

I just started a small business shipping plants from home. Today, for the second time in a month, i have to explain to MY clients that their packages never left because i chose an unreliable courrier service. Nationex is finished for me. Lets hope they get it together for their other clients.Update: now the same package is delayed another day due to being damaged in the sorting process. guess i should have waited before posting my review.

Always received items quickly with this company.HOWEVER: Taking off 1 star because they never ring the doorbell!! Please get your drivers to ring the doorbell so we have a chance to retrieve our packages before they are stolen!

Gee that's unfortunate, those other people had such lousy experiences. I did not choose this delivery company but I had no issues with them. Their emails & my delivery came earlier than expected. The young woman who delivered my order was very nice. Friendly, polite & efficient. I have never heard of them before but my delivery was from a large company that has been in business a long time. I would guess they would have checked them out. Maybe they are new, or new to the area. Maybe they need a 2nd chance?

The driver was rude and lazy again. He left me a voicemail that said I need to come down and get my package. I complained about him last year and management made excuses. If I behaved like him, I'd get in trouble. It's disgusting. I shop online because I don't drive and because I can't carry all the art supplies. And this guy won't even do this job.

I've had to deal with a lot of delivery services in the past and I've never seen such incompetence and disregard for customer service. Keep your money and throw your parcel in the river : there's a greater chance it'll reach destination that way...

My experience was brilliant! Was kept up to date with shipping times, package was delivered promptly. The driver was quite personable and nice.
