We have used Kim for buying both of our homes. Kim was very helpful answering any questions or concerns that we had in both a timely and efficient manner. Kim was able to provide us with the lowest rate we could find and worked around our busy schedules and was free to answerer our questions any time. We wouldn't use anyone else when it came to mortgage or refinance.

After a frustrating and confusing start with another broker - we could not believe how Kim made the process so NOT frustrating and confusing.Always available for questions, returned calls/emails promptly and we always felt she was working for us not the bank.Very much the professional and excellent at her job. I have used Kim twice now and have never actually met her in person. As first time homebuyers living in a small town, Kim took the time to answer all of our questions and got us through our first experience explaining everything to put us at ease. Even though I moved to the west coast I couldn’t help but call her again when we were thinking of refinancing. Once again Kim provided top notch service and got us what we were hoping for! I would recommend Kim to anyone.
