I had the worse experience . I ordered and got my food the rice was so hard it tastes so dry and un cooked . I went back to tell them and they said the rice was old that’s why it’s hard . Why would you be giving your customers old rice that’s disgusting. Navjot the cashier was not apologetic at all instead she was showing attitude . I went back because my potatoes had the old rice on them so I could still taste it and asked them to make me a new fresh plate . Instead they just put the same potatoes on the plate . While giving the food to me again navjot really sarcastically said “I hope you like it now “ because she knew she gave me the same potatoes and nothing was fresh . If a customer doesn’t like the food instead of showing attitude be nice . I’m sure navjot wouldn’t want to eat old food . So I would really invest in some more training for her .

OMG!!! The attitude of the girl over there is too much. Bad experience, told them that I will give a review because of this.The girl with glasses and cap IS NOT AT ALL SUITABLE for the role. Owner of this branch, if it happens to read this review talk and educate the girl on what is called Good customer service (june 3rd ‘23).

Very rude girls working. Asked for an extra tsatziki as it wasn't enough and they told me to go back in line and pay for it. I've been to other opa's and they have given me extra for no charge.

The best fries! Freshly made per order and seasoned so well, with Tzatziki dip! Gyro meat was juicy. Service is efficient.

The cashier at this place has the best attitude, I have never had a bad experience here and get treated with care even my family has the same nice words to say. Her name is Jas and she needs to be given some type of recognition for showing this much love to customers. Thank you Jas!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! The people who work here have a lazy attitude problem. They gave me three small pieces of very DRY chicken and fries I asked her to add some lettuce into the bowl and she refused when I didn’t get anything else but tomatoes.

Food was good but I didn’t like the attitude of the cashier! I guess probably she was tired. I don’t like talking about these things like how the server or cashier treated you as they are human too but if someone comes in the mall and choose you over any other store than we expect at least to be treated nicely. I guess she was having a bad day! But now every time I see these pictures, it reminds of that cashier. So it’s not always about food. It’s about the memories we have with the food that we order.The food was on point!! Can’t ignore that! Fresh and spicy!!!
