Purchased rotovac monsoon as a package. Very happy with the machine very powerful compared to ninja extractor I used before. Larry and his family was very helpful and I will definitely return to purchase for my future upgrades. After I upgraded my machine I can confidently run150+ft of hose. No doubt best portable on the market.

Brought my Mytee S300H Extractor to this store as it had numerous issues (heat not working, spraying pattern faulty and valve leaking). I spoke with Larry and he was quick to diagnose the issue, dropped my machine for a couple of hours and was ready for pickup same day. Larry has been in the business for so long and speaking to him was a pleasure. The shops staff is very kind and offer great products. Larry was kind enought to not charge labour and just charged for the parts (Under $50). Extremely satisfied and will be coming again for any extractor machines I may need !

The best customer service experience I've received in years. I needed to purchase new equipment and this shop had it all. One stop shoping! Although I took my time in deciding. Larry was so patient and walked me through all of the different options that I needed. I didn't feel like I was upsold anything. Instead I was treated like I was their only customer. My backup equipment needed an emergency repair and Larry got me up and running in no time.This family business is just a pleasure to deal with.
