Good selection of items at a fair price. (Cheaper than Walmart) for certain items. Parking is about fair. Multiple entrances into the store. Makes it convenient. Staff seem friendly, nice and helpful. Definitely coming back again! Don’t expect selection like Canadian Tire tho…

I had a horrible experience at this store. I've been a contractor for over 15 years and had probably purchased millions of dollars from Home Depot in the last 15 years. Yesterday, for the first time I decided to buy some Red Oak with glues, nails, etc. from Rona B.H. Allan Building Center. When we arrived home and put our already cut 6x1 red oak we realized they are all bent so bad. One of them was so bad that I called Rona and asked if I can exchange that one piece (4' long). The manager (Adrian) said that he can't do that. I asked why the lady over the phone said it's ok to exchange it, and now that I drove 30 minutes to the store the manager says she doesn't have the authority"?I asked again "the product is damaged and I was sold a damaged products

Went here for a new locking door handle and met Nadeem. Hes a friendly and super helpful guy and he made our visit pleasant and easy. I very much recommend going here for any hardware needs. Thank you Nadeem!

I went to rent a carpet cleaner recently. I was in a head on collision, so I wasn’t able to lift it into my vehicle. I asked for assistance getting it into my car. The cashier glared at me and gave me the most disgusted look.

Very poor customer service. Returned a faulty valve bought 3 weeks previously from another Rona store and they would not replace or refund it. Their lame excuse is that their store is a franchise store. They should change their business name. The fellow ahead of me also had poor support. Cashier line up is always long. Never have return problems at Home Depot. I won't be shopping here anymore.

The worst shopping experience I’ve had in years. Save your sanity and do not waste your time here- no rhyme nor reason to the layout- so hard to find anythingSpent nearly an hour in the store trying to find the most basic items- unhelpful and rude staff who just refer you to someone else for help- staff you do speak too are all new, can’t help and there seems to be a language barrier- most items out of stockWill never frequent this store again and instead go to a better stocked, well run store such as Home Depot.

Horrible customer service! I went in today looking for a product I searched on their website before arriving. The website said 11 were available in store. I thoroughly checked the aisle for the product and when I couldn't find it I asked a staff member walking past. I showed him the photo from their website on my phone and said the website lists 11 in stock. He said, that doesn't mean anything." He walked to the aisle I came from and picked up the first random product he saw. I said

Worst cashier. First of all when I went up to cashier to pay the pipe insulating tube, the price was 2x the tagged price. So I was told to take a picture of the shelf where I grabbed the item. So I went and took a picture and apparently they placed wrong price on the entire box of items. Okay that is fine.. then I tapped my mc. I took away from the card when the machine beeped and the cashier sighed and spoked in annoyed voice telling me I took away the card too fast. I kept on telling her I took away the card when it beeped. She was telling me I took away the card too fast so it didnt go through and I am telling her I had the card on the tap and had taken away after it beeped. We were going in circle with this non sense. I do not know what her problem is but I am sure I will never shop in Rona again when I have to deal with this kind of service.

My wife and i have had a good customer service guy show the Storage shed to us outside, he went above and beyond. His name is Liam. And we had a not so good experience with a not so good guy at another date. But Liam is such a good person, We decided to stay at this Location because of him. We wont ask or use the not so good guys services. We know who to talk with and avoid now. 5 Big stars for Liam. Keep up the Great work!!
