We have an awesome delivery driver! Love him and he is always so friendly!

I always get emails that my package will be delivered in the next 3 hours and it never arrives in 3 hours. For example this morning I recieved an email at 10:20 that my package will be delivered in the next 3 hours and its 7:55pm now still no package.

Damaged packages and deliveries to the wrong address are mistakes that get made but not as often as they do with this company.More attention needs to be paid by the drivers who are most often talking on the phone while making deliveries which is not acceptable.UPDATE: You did not update the status on the orders made before the evacuation so Amazon made automatic refunds.Unbelievable.WORST DELIVERY COMPANY IN EXISTENCE

Fast delivery. Order arrived on time. Item was packaged neatly and properly so that it will be protected from possible damage while in transit.

I received the notification of a parcel about to be delivered, along with the request for more details. I replied with one request: put the parcel one the deck/near back door. Exactly where my husband found it. It’s great when you don’t have to search for a parcel.

One of the worst courier companies out there. Package says delivered when I haven't received it (and no photo of it being delivered) twice. Says undeliverable or no such address. They have specific instructions to call me when delivering as Google maps takes you to the wrong side of the property so it looks like there's no address. When you call to get it straightened out they tell you to call Amazon. So 1 star. Would leave less but there isn't that option. This is the 4th time I've tried to get this straightened out and I'm done with it.

This place is a 50/50 great customer service on the phone.but getting your package is not always Guaranteed.

Ordered a package last Monday was expected the Thursday. Amazon gave the estimated delivery & tracking info. Amazon was updating the estimated delivery fir 3 days before they couldn’t anymore. The tracking number provided didn’t work. Never received the package. I called intelcom Saturday and they searched my package using the address & postal code and said it would be delivered Sunday or the following day(Tuesday as Monday was a holiday) it still never showed. I called again and told the person that the tracking number doesn't work & he said that they can’t look up packages without it. I explained that they did it a few days ago and he wouldn’t do it. So that tells me that someone stole the package, or they dropped it off somewhere else. Poor service & hope I don’t have any other parcels received by this carrier to “drop off”

I don’t know what Id do without Intel-com and their service! I’m very grateful for all they do and if I could give more than 5 stars I would :)

Delivery was in time and everything went well.
