I've been going to Bocarmonie for 5 years and love their service. A dentist appointment can often be a stressful, guilt ridden affair, you will not have that experience here. The technical skills and appearance of their work is top notch. The atmosphere is modern yet warm, they speak french, english and Spanish. They are also willing to look at your financial situation in order to find short term and long terms solutions. In total we've referred a dozen friends and family members and they all rave about it. Bocarmonie is the best!

My dentist drilled a hole into the wrong tooth and then lied to me about it. She claimed that her “wrist slipped.” One’s wrist does not slip in this profession... I’m not bilingual, but I heard her talking in French to the hygienist asking which tooth it was. She reassured me that I “wouldn’t be charged.” So I wouldn’t be charged for the hole that she drilled into my tooth that might affect it for life? How relieving... And I was charged for the rest of the procedures. I would never go back.

Great dentist with up to date technology. Take really good care of you and make you feel comfortable. Speak English, Spanish, French. Very professional. Only thing is I have a hard time communicating with the secretary over the phone for appointments and information, usually have to ask to speak to someone else.

They did an exam and gave me the quote for 1900 dollars to do 4 canals. The dentist insisted so much that it is 4 canals that I got suspicious and went to another dentist who did his tests and it turned out it is only 2 canals. I waited not to post the review before I got the treatment done and I can say with 100% confidence that I got 2 canals only that needed treatment. Two conclusions. First, with 2 canals done instead of 4 (that would be redundant) I will have healthier teeth. Second, it is understandable that the dentist gets almost twice the amount of money for 4 canals instead of 2 but that it totally unprofessional to overcharge an unsuspecting client. And, it is totally unprofessional to insist on the procedure that is hurting the client! So long, Hippocrates, Bocarmonie dentists choose their own oaths...

I have been a patient of Dr. Harton for a number of years. Her staff are all wonderful, especially Rosa and Marie-Eve who I deal with regularly. Very efficient clinic for regular dental treatments. They liaise with talented specialists in the neighbourhood for referrals and more complicated procedures. I have referred multiple friends and family members to this clinic.

Dishonest, they are gonna tell you need treatments when you dont need them to take your money. And they are gonna make them bad so they infect and you have to keep coming spending money at the spense of your health. I highly recommend to look for other places to go to a dentist.

Dr. Harton and her staff are passionate professionals.They work to keep our teeth, gums, and even breathing healthly with a long term view. I drive across town to get to them because their quality of care is unmatched elsewhere.

Wasted time + wasted money to see a dentist here, and never go again.On Friday afternoon, I spent $47 to got a wrong medication prescription, and spend $60 for medication; that dentist didn't ask me whether I have pain, whether I need pain-killer, and at the end she didn't ask me do I have any question, and then left. I even didn't know she was already finished my visit, until her assistant returned my mask, I thought that dentist just went out to get something and come back. She just let me open the mouth and have a look, even didn't check carefully. The total time with her was less than 5 mins.The medication she prescribed didn't treat my situation at all; it got worse and worse, I even couldn't sleep on the same night after saw her, because it was extremely pain than the day time.On the second day, it was on Saturday, my face started swollen, and pain level continued increasing. I realized I still have pain-killer was prescribed last year, so I took them. I went to the hospital ER at 7pm, but I have been waited for 12 hours till Sunday 7am, and I even didn't have chance to see a Dr. I went home to have some sleep. During those hours, the swollen expanded from face to neck. I had to go another hospital ER.I finally saw the Dr this time, and this male Dr was very professional, he said it is really big, I needed 10 days antibiotics. This medication really helped me, I felt much better after taking 2 doses. I completed 10 days medication.In general, for me, it was a terrible experience to see a dentist in Bocarmonie Oral Health Center, no professional, no quality of caring, bad services...

I went to this clinic and was moderately satisfied of the care, though they did spring a surprise rotating X-ray marching thingy which they insisted I have done as part of their policy.Sadly, after spending several thousand dollars out of my own pocket, when I asked if they would set up a payment plan for a cleaning last week they wouldn’t do that. That felt a little like a slap in the face. Overall, they have good services, just make sure you understand the fine print.

Very welcoming and great customer service. The doctors are great, professional and most importantly honest !I have tried so many clinics and for the past 7years they are the one I go too.
