The staff here are always so nice, gentle, and friendly. The store area is always clean. The vets truly care for your animals and are thorough in explaining illnesses and care. I'm glad we've found a place to help us with our elder cat.

Pets are treated like family here! Service is very professional and courteous, everyone takes time to reassure anxious owners.

We had to bring our cat Kabouki for her final voyage. Thank you to Dr. Brazeau and her team for handling everything with delicacy and compassion. It made it all a little bit easier.

There are only two things that I don't miss when I don't have a dog in my life and that is the hair and the Veterinarians. Years ago we did have an amazing older European Dr. that was fantastic. Unfortunately, she retired many years ago. For years after, I had bad experience after bad experience with Vet’s. They often started out being fair, honest and reasonable but it seemed that once they got my trust I began feeling that they would start to pull on my heart strings and have me doing more than needed to be done in order to increase their profits. That’s until a few years ago when we found Dr. Savoie. Dr. Savoie is passionate about what she does and truly cares. She takes all the necessary time to listen to our concerns and most importantly she takes the time to make sure we fully understand the situation at hand. I’m sure there are other great Vets out there but we feel like we hit the Jackpot when we found Dr. Savoie.

Most thoughtful caring veterinarian that I have been to in a very long time. Will talk to you after hours even in some situations, they are very understanding and give you test results quickly.

I’ve brought my cat for check ups, emergencies, spaying etc and I’m never disappointed with the care.The staff is truly amazing! They’re always so friendly, helpful and attentive!

I switched to this vet because I wanted the best clinic in the area for my dogs and the reviews took me here and I am not disappointed. I have two long haired teacup chihuahuas and they treat them so well that I never feel afraid to leave them with the technicians if it calls for it. My dog Meeko was fixed here and they explained everything to me and were so good to him. It was a bit too expensive to get the teeth of Emily fixed here but this price actually is average for the cleaning and extraction, so they cannot be faulted for this. Clean clinic and the girls who work at the front reception are warm and friendly. This will be the family vet clinic for many years to come.

The staff are amazing. The care and attention they gave my cat was exceptional. I deeply appreciated the follow up calls to check in on how Joan Jett was doing. Professional, caring and supportive in all aspects of animal care. Highly recommend.

We kept having to bring my dog back to the clinic because his eye was constantly getting infected. All they would do is prescribe some drops and then we would leave. After the fourth time, we went to a veterinarian hospital and they told us our dog needed surgery as soon as possible because he could go blind in one eye.The surgery cost my family 3000$. They told us if the vets had properly prescribed his problem early on, his eye could have healed relatively quickly. Instead, he had to wear a cone for over a month and we had to administer 7 different types of eye drops several times a day.Thankfully, he has fully recovered.
