The support staff is amazing. Response time is usually immediate.They are very friendly and patient when I am panicking. The equipment needs very little and it is usually just a settings or login issue. I will be coming back to Bench Mark for anything I might need. Thank you Nolan and David!

Working with this company on my recent equipment upgrade was a great experience. The product S631 Base/Rover package is the best I have used to date. Rene and the team done exactly what they said they would and the support is wonderful. You can call and they answer the phone for support every time!

Hopefully, if you are reading reviews on this company you will read this in its length.I aim to settle any concerns, doubts or suspicion about Bench Mark, because I myself had them and would have loved to see some commentary from someone else like me who had never worked with company and had every doubt you could possibly imagine.I discovered Bench-Mark by way of a local equipment representative making mention that his company did not manufacture GPS units or other equipment they sell whatsoever. It was mentioned that the unit I was looking at was produced by a company called hemisphere... naturally this led to a search which led me to a fill out an info form from Bench-Mark. Right.... spam inbound....Shortly after filling out the paperwork communications began with Rene. We spoke extensively between phone calls text and email over the course of probably two weeks and Rene covered my every question with precise detail...Hmm maybe not spam...I presented him with my budget and he put together an offer that exceeded every other offer I'd recieved. At one point it was mentioned that he owned the company. Sure... I could imagine a salesman using a line like that to bag a deal right?Well i thought on it, I've been surveying since 2006 and remember seeing ads for Bench Mark in survey publications shortly after the beginning of my career... i thought there's no way the guy that owns this company is taking the time to deal directly with me... I researched extensively, and everything I saw said yes he was the owner/founder of Bench-Mark.. Kudos to you Rene for taking the time to deal directly with your clientele, even late (what 10 p.m., so sorry about that!!) on the weekend! I thought I was just ringing up the salesman that day, turned out it was far more than that.. supremely helpful, absolutely professional and knows his products but moreover I spoke with a person that truly believes in what is offered, and who wants to build a relationship! By now, I clearly know this is not just a salesman, but the owner of a legitimate and compassionate business...I had never dealt with a company internationally with regards to such a large purchase, which was a bit of a concern for me to begin with. Everything about the process went incredibly well, even when I thought there were hiccups. My concerns were addressed immediately with answers to my questions not more than minutes after my inquiry.Once the products began to arrive, I found a thank you card within one of the boxes. An incredible Personal Touch that just adds to the level of professionalism exhibited by Rene and his team.Throughout my conversation with Rene many things were discussed up to and including warranties, a question prompted by me not up sold by him, about which I received absolutely on point feedback and opinion.At the end of the day I could not have ended up a more happy client. I was told that Renee loves building new relationships and helping people meet their needs and goals Because he believes it will build a lifelong relationship between his company and their clients. I must say, I believe that is an accurate statement. I will continue to do business with Rene and I would highly encourage anyone who is out there looking for products in the land surveying industry to give them an opportunity to earn you as a client.Lastly I would just like to say thank you Rene for helping such a small operation reach such a mountainous goal! You guys are fantastic and I will absolutely be recommending you to anyone I can!

Couldn't be happier with my purchase from Bench Mark and dealing directly with Rene. The knowledge and professionalism is top-notch. When I call, an actual person answers! Which is very rare in todays world. The gear turned on and worked from the start, and all minor questions are answered right away. Results from the S631 base/rover combo are unreal.

We purchased the Hemisphere S631 recently, everyone with company were very quick to respond and help with any questions that we had, continue with excellent customer service. The equipment has worked great and in my opinion out performed many others.

I am very satisfied to be able to buy a GPS unit with an excellent company like BENCHMARK. At the beginning of the purchase, there were fears due to the shipping process, but it is a company that does not skimp on helping and keeping the customer sure of what they are buying. The staff at Bench-Mark have provided EXCELLENT service and support after the sale!!! They have always been there and always been able to take care of any issues I have had. Being an old-school plumb bob surveyor and new to using GPS field to finish, I have had countless questions which they always dropped what they were doing and took care of me. Even had a field software issue that they immediately took care of by deleting and reinstalling a corrupt file all remotely from their office in Canada. Amazing job folks and keep up the good work!
