Loblaw Pharmacy

The employee on this pharmacy needed some training for good manners and right conduct. I hand in my prescription for my mom's eye drop, being senior with less pension i asked the blond pharmacy tech if they have a small bottle and she said no it comes in a package. The next day when i come to pick up her eye drops i asked if i can talk to the pharmacist, when the Hispanic looking pharmacy came to talk to me i asked the same question i asked the tech the other day, his response was why not" in a very arrogant way . You guys are heroes, everyone else was sold out of isopropyl and you guys had a full stock and i can finally go back to my project! You also had an extremely irate, rude customer in front of me in line and I thought you handled the situation perfectly. Thanks again!

Never had a problem with the staff! Usually friendly & courteous. The app we have to order repeat meds is great!

All staff this pharmacy wonderful make sure u timely order not right way because some medication take time for ready so staff very active professional proper time ready medication thx for everyone that staff work over there keep doing great god bless I all

My last purchase/experience with this pharmacy was not pleasing. The pharmacist told me to pick-up my prescription after 1.5 hours but when I came back after 1.5 hours, I still waited approximately 1 hour. When I got home, I noticed they forgot one of my prescription and so I have to go back to get it. Overall, my past visits except for the last one is generally good.Update after 5 years. Service is really getting worse. When you phone them they will automatically put you on hold. I waited roughly 10 minutes over the phone and my prescription is not ready. I wish there is an option to give them zero stars.

Worst service. I was told that the prescription will be ready in 2hours and provided my insurance details. Came back after 2.5 hours. Prescription wasn’t ready and also the lady hasn’t taken my insurance information correctly and waited another 45 to 1 hour to get my medicine. Worst service.

Being covered by NIHB Apparently is funny to the cashiers and pharmacy assistant. Unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere. Never a problem with the non-caucasion staff there, put 2 caucasion women there and apparently my business brings laughter. Good work loblaws!!

Today I had to pick up a prescription from this pharmacy after a visit from the walk in Clinic just beside it. I noticed my prescription had a different dosage from what i usually get and the doctor is now busy with another patient, so i couldn't ask him. I thought, maybe somebody from the pharmacy could advise. I told the pharmacy assistant that i have a question on 1 of the 2 items, and she said, so you're picking up only 1 of the items today" without asking what my question is. I mentioned about the dosage and i forgot what non-significant answer she said. And i asked if maybe i can take 1 dose instead of the usual 2 since this new prescription is stronger. I was stunned. She just said

Extremely slow, short staffed, they had my prescription 2 days in advance and still didn’t have it filled in time for my pickup. Waited an hour. Won’t be coming here anymore, not an organized business

The Ladies of the Pharmacy have never let us down. They have always been there when ever a prescription was needed in an emergency. If you have had a bad experience then it was beyond the Ladies control because, they are and have always been professional, friendly and very helpful.
