WOW. that is the best way to describe the experience. From the amazing interior of the dispensary making it feel truly luxurious. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL! Their recommendations were all fabulous, and having a candy cane pre roll was just what we needed for this holiday season. If you're not shopping at Top finest what are you doing because it's truly the FINEST place to shop in St. Catherines <3 10/10 will not go anywhere else.

I recently stopped in for the first time and had the pleasure of talking to the owner, Evelyn. She was incredibly kind and personable while chatting, I typically shop at dispensaries in Hamilton where I live and I hardly receive the kind service she offered me. The store has a nice lay out, lots of product selection and you can’t beat the customer service! I will be back.

They go above and beyond to get things we were getting else where and it’s now become our one stop shop! They’ve even become like family to us! Everyone go to Top Finest! So, what can I say about this shop, I’m not from St. Catharine’s, but when I’m here visiting family, this is the shop I come to. Doesn’t have the corporate feel to it.Firstly, Great pricing and great selection, has some of your basic entry level brands, BUT, (has some great top flight choices too, which is why I come to this store. Whoever does the ordering is on point.Secondly, staff, very welcoming, T, and Evelyn were in the shop the last time I was in, very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.You won’t be disappointed coming here, the bigger stores are noticeably more expensive and less personable.Thanks again to the team!

The owner is extremely helpful, anytime i go in she treats me like a friend and the recommendations I’ve gotten have always been 10/10, prices are cheapest on 4th ave. Go here if you want the absolute best service. I have purchased 2 bongs and about 10 cartridges from here over the last 6 months
